Best patio pros near Blacklick, OH

"I met with the owner, Mark Yates, to discuss our options. He was very considerate and I never felt pressured to do more than we could afford. As it turned out, we replaced the screens, added a better functioning door with a kitty door for our cat. That was an added feature I didn't think of but was grateful for the suggestion. Patio Room Factory worked within our budget. Mark would check back from time to time to see how we are getting along. We love our porch, and it has become an extension of our living room. Thank you Patio Room Factory."

"Mark and Jim were very easy to work with and their attention to detail excellent. If we had concerns with one area of our project they would make adjustment. My Patio room exceeded what I thought I would have. Thank you both for a great addition and for keeping the project area clean. This was fascinating to watch my room come to life. All of their workers were very polite and respectful."

"Good job, would recommend to others..."

"Great! Juan was quick to respond and came right out as soon as the snow melted. He gave me a quote and started the job moments later. He was very polite and they did a fantastic job getting all the fall leaves picked up, especially since they were matted to the ground after months of seasonal changes. His price was very reasonable and I appreciate him coming out!"

"I had a new patio installed. Royal was prompt in answering any questions I had and was professional in explaining how they would do the project. They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. The price quoted was what I was expecting. The patio looks great and I would definitely use them again."

"The concrete patio size was 14'x16' with steps to enter the house. The cost was competitive at $5,500 and the company had excellent reviews. Everything went very well. Tony Marchi, the owner, and his crew of three were very professional and the end result produced a very well made concrete patio. They were friendly, informative, and easy to talk with. Tony mentioned they may have to step on some of my flower beds during construction and if that was OK to which I agreed. He protected my lawn with wooden panel boards to make a pathway from the street to the backyard patio for his motorized "BobCat" equipment, etc. He shielded my air conditioning unit by the patio to protect it from dust and small debris. The job took three days because of rain delays. They cleaned up the work area at the end of every work day. I would use them again and highly recommend them."

"It went very well, Mr. Rodriguez and his staff member worked wonders on the landscape removing trees leaves and flowers myself and my husband just love it and can't wait see the when it's all in the spring 😊 😀."

"Wonderful! The team consulted with me on the appropriate size of my patio and customized it for our needs. They showed up on time and finished in the time they committed to. The patio is beautiful, better than we even expected. One year later, it’s still gorgeous. We were just commenting this weekend about how happy we were that we chose them for our project."
