"The service was excellent and the price very good. Peter the technician was very knowledgeable and provided good advice on keeping the entire system running smoothly. He even rerouted a drain pipe from the evaporator to make it more efficient and gave pointers on keeping it clean, while also installing cut off valve to shut down the system in case the pipe becomes clogged, at no additional cost. Peter left the service areas cleaner than when he arrived. The service manager even came to assist as a fellow employee had called in sick. That is teamwork and a manager that cares about his people, and his costumers. He knew I didn't want someone in my house until 9 p.m. that night, and that Peter probably didn't want to do that either, so he came to assist so they both got out of here by 5 p.m. with a wonderfully done job. I can't find a reason to do business with anyone else in this town for my heating and cooling needs."

Hi! I’m Matt and I’ve been plumbing for 2 years! I’ve worked with and installed many different systems, but I specialize in water heater install and service, repairing leaks in drainage and water pipes, and installing fixtures! I believe all work must be done neatly and to the home/business owner’s standards, no matter what.

"We just purchased this house this past summer.  Even though we have had the HVAC system worked on, nobody took notice of the condition of the Aprilaire.  When my husband turned it on, water ran out of it.  It wasn't an immediate concern so we put it off until nobody could stand the dryness in the house.  I opened the unit up to see if there was a serial number and discovered that most of it appeared to be missing.  I called several places but was impressed with the response of this company.  They came and checked it out. While the one part was on the truck, when the gentleman opened it up he said we had more parts than a filter missing and the unit had cracks in the housing.  The missing part was not normally needed so it had to be ordered.  
The company called me to tell me they had ordered the part (never had anybody tell me that before).  When part came in they called me again to schedule service.  The day before they called to confirm the appointment.  The day of the repair they again called to let me know the repair person would be there in 1/2 an hour and asked if that would be alright.
Instead of replacing the whole unit for $900 I agreed to use tape on the housing.  He assured me the cracks were just cosmetic.  I agreed to that since it sits unnoticed in the basement anyway.

Taking into account the age of the heater, I chose to replace heater (16+ years old). I had received a quote for water heater and labor when I made the service appointment so I knew the cost for this up front. Ball valve leading to water heater was leaking so replaced that also. Everything went well."
