"They could not use the furnace that was advertised, they had to upgrade. Something about a down flow and up flow. The one being offered was either down flow or up flow, I cant remember, and I needed the other one so they had to upgrade it. I spend several hundred dollars more then that. I thought that they were prompt, the guy that came in explained everything in detail to me, showed me how to install the filter. He created it so I could easily install the filter which I couldn't on the other one. He was patient, took his time, and what was required to do a professional job. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and was good."

"The service was excellent and the price very good. Peter the technician was very knowledgeable and provided good advice on keeping the entire system running smoothly. He even rerouted a drain pipe from the evaporator to make it more efficient and gave pointers on keeping it clean, while also installing cut off valve to shut down the system in case the pipe becomes clogged, at no additional cost. Peter left the service areas cleaner than when he arrived. The service manager even came to assist as a fellow employee had called in sick. That is teamwork and a manager that cares about his people, and his costumers. He knew I didn't want someone in my house until 9 p.m. that night, and that Peter probably didn't want to do that either, so he came to assist so they both got out of here by 5 p.m. with a wonderfully done job. I can't find a reason to do business with anyone else in this town for my heating and cooling needs."

Mike called me before arriving and was very prompt. He was very polite and professional and took time to fully inspect the unit. It turns out a new unit was needed and he went through my options and quoted prices. The pricing is very competitive. A new unit was scheduled for installation the next day. The AC installation was done very professionally. During the install a crack was found in the heat exchanger of the furnace. Again exceptional service was provided from quote to install. Big shot out to Mike Brown, Brock, Haidar, Brian and Dakota. There was another gentlemen with Brock and I can’t remember his name. So sorry!! "The pressure/temperature valve was releasing water thoughout day. PPC checked it out and offered me the choice of replacing just the valve or the water heater. Taking into account the age of the heater, I chose to replace heater (16+ years old). I had received a quote for water heater and labor when I made the service appointment so I knew the cost for this up front. Ball valve leading to water heater was leaking so replaced that also. Everything went well."
