I paid him $135.00 and he never returned to repair my washer. He hasn't returned my voicemail messages or responded to my email requesting a response. UPDATE: Provider stole the water pump. Now, I must buy another water pump + pay for another provider to repair my washer."

Large, high-value appliances are worth repairing, especially when the fixes are minor and the appliance is only a few years old.
