I purchased a very rural home in 2017 and found it had very hard water with lots of iron. Aqua Systems fixed everything. The home's water system was leased from a company that begins with "H". Their system constantly allowed iron to leak through ruining clothes. Bath and dish water would turn dark in just a few minutes. I bought Iron Out in bulk. They were out twice a month for 8 months trying to fix and tweek the system. "H" even replaced the both the softener and iron filter with no success. As a result, I contacted six different water treatment providers, brought them each into my home for water testing and sales pitches. I researched water treatment and read up from different extension offices. (University of Georgia and Penn State both have a lot of info online). I can tell you half the salesmen didn't know what they were talking about. Mike Jackson with Aqua Systems was the exception. He knew exactly what was going on and how to treat it. They also offered the latest technology in dealing with the iron. "H" had old school tech (potassium permanganate) which Lowes or Home Depot doesn't even sell anymore to maintain the system. Plus it is a harmful chemical. I was hesitant to purchase a system since I was burned by the lease from "H". I thought they had the answer when I signed a lease. I was able to get out of their lease since they didn't keep their end of the lease - they didn't provide good water. Aqua Systems gave me a lease with the option to buy. Not one problem with iron and a R/O system with incredible pressure. Trust me. I did all the research... I interviewed all the companies. You will be happy with Aqua Systems.

A previous water delivery service we signed up for through Costco was quite poor (when they showed up). Aqua Systems, and Rob specifically, have been great to work with. We have had delivery delayed a day before but I always get a call with as much advance notice as Rob is able to provide. The water is as close to tasteless as I've ever had (good thing). I get the one with added minerals (which is what Dasani (for example) and many others do.

They arrived on time with all the materials needed. Cleaned up the existing water piping at the entrance to the house and piped it up and across the ceiling to below the kitchen. They hooked it all up and explained when to change out the filters (available from them and can be purchased seperately or even online). It has been great to have softened water (we have 30 grains of hardness). Additionally having quality drinking water from the RO tap as well as hooked into our refrigerator has been great. We used to buy gallons of purified water from the store. One thing to note is that if you have a water line that is going to be close to the outside you need to insulate properly. I added insulation around the water lines that went to our sink that was against an outside wall. There was a free upgrade to the faucet in the kitchen which was not in stock when the original installation occurred. They have now replaced that (easy 20 minutes swap and it looks great! We couldn't be happier with the service.

When I called Aqua, I left a message. Mike called within hours after I contacted him. I told him what I wanted, he slowed me down, told me to let him have a look at what we currently have, then we can figure out what we need. (IE: leave it to the professionals!). He came out within days, and went over our existing system. He sat down with us and explained our options and made suggestions. We ended up getting an iron filter that Mike said would help with our well water. And he was correct! Mike set up an install date, less than a week wait. Sean, the install Tech, arrived on time, the day he was supposed to be there. Very nice and courteous young man. He installed our new system beautifully and within hours, our water had not only cleared up, but was drinkable for the first time since we bought this house 4 years ago! We couldn't be more pleased with the service or the product. Can't recommend these folks enough!

We've used this company for six years. They come out and change the filters once a year. They are always ery knowledgeable and polite. We are always pleased with the service people.

They answered all my calls, no voice mails were needed, which was great. They came out within a few days for an estimate and to recommend the best system for us. They installed the system within a 1 1/2 weeks from when ordering the softener. Shortly after the unit was installed ,the unit had a small water leak. Aqua Systems set up for a service call right away. In the mean time the water leak stopped on it's own, so I didn't need the service call. I am happy with the conditioner.

They did a good job but the only issue we had was getting them back out to remove the old water heater. It just would have been nice if they had stuck to their word instead of us having to call them to get them to come back out.

We've used them before. They did all right. They were good. They were professional and did just fine. The guy was good and polite. They did a good job.

The installation went great however the warranty work was unsatisfactory and the warranty now seems non-existent. I'm waiting to deal with a guy named Mike because the rest of the company are unable to deal with me, so I have worse water than before the new system was installed.

We had Aqua Systems come out and give us an estimate to install a water softener. We were given a few options and choose the one that would work best for us. We were able to schedule the installation for a few days later. The technician was courteous and efficient and completed the job ahead of schedule. He patiently explained how the features work and how to maintain the system. The process was seamless. I would recommend Aqua Systems for anyone who is looking to install a water softener.

Despite the fact that we did not enter a purchase contract, an installer arrived today and installed a unit. No appointment confirmations were made, no invoices were sent. There was NO indication that we purchased the unit. In addition, he walked through the mud and across brand new carpeting. The unit is now being removed as Aqua Systems was not willing to make any accomodations in price for installing a service we did not purchase.

We originally purchased another water softener and when their subcontractor showed up to do the install it was drama (not a basic install, needed an electrician, going to be a big deal...). Aqua Systems showed up, took a look, said no problem and completed everything in about 3.5 hours. Outstanding sales and customer service. Great example of you get what you pay for. Unit is working great. Very happy we went this route. Decision was made based on Angie's list rating and we'd have to say if you want a water softener installed and just want it done right without the hassles you'll be happy with this company.

They installed a new softener for us and put a second system on to get rid of the sulfur smell. The service has been good and the softener works well.

They insured my husband this was the top of the line model. He left after installation and the water smelled like rotten eggs. Mind you, our outdoor water does not run through the softner system ever. We called him back and told him our issue immediately, however, it was no rush for them. We knew then this shi**y company was ready to play hardboard ball. By the time they came back out, our water still smelled awful (sulfur) also hard water, scale was everywhere including a calcium type of mineral build up that was growing quickly on the rims of our planters. He re-adjusted the water settings. My husband showed him all the hard water that was forming everywhere along with the scales on the plant rims. He tries once again to readjust the settings and now states we must have issues with our well. Again, outside well water has never had a sulfur smell. It's indoors and has to be traced to the softner. He informed us that we should have our well checked. He took no responsibility. Again, after a couple of weeks, the water still smelled full of sulfur and the hard water was back and it was extremely worse. I got up one day and was filling 2 dogs and 1 cat water bowel. I was also putting water in the kettle for coffee and I started the washer to put in a load. When the water that I put in the kettle, water bowls, and water looked brownish, I got very suspicious and filled a clear cup with water. It was disgustingly brown and so was everything else I had done. I hope I can upload them so all may view. Well, I tried to upload them with no luck. And below is my water kettle which was purchased after they installed their piece of crap. If you look closely, you can see the bottom of it with hard water. Needless to say, we are only drinking bottled water Again, another phone call to them. My Husband gets the owner of the company on the phone. He explains all the issues in a very frustrated tone. We expected a pronto appointment with someone who was more familiar with there products. NOPE, the owner states it's going to be a few weeks. What the h***?? Owner rambles crap about people on vacation and they are sooooooo busy. In order to get some assistance sooner, my husband had to take a day off to sit and wait. The owner of the company stated that should no be happening. No upgraded service at all...just their spit flying our way. They comeback the third time. We again show them sighs of hard water stains, scale buildup and ever sign of hard water. We show them photos of what was happening. Again, he made softner adjustments (which are not working). Again, he states it's our well. Not possible because there softner adjustment have never worked. He tells my husband to call this well guy who knows a lot about this....he gives my husband the phone number. Husband is dumbfounded and tells them their C.S. IS UNBELIEVABLE. He states that it's ridiculesss that he has to call this guy and set the appointment up. The Service guy stumbles upon his words an says he will call. Husband states to forget it and has them leave. Husband calls well guy but no call back. Also, we had no idea who was paying for the well service company. Since this company has been so unreliable, uncaring, and rude, we assumed it was us but still no phone call. Also, no call from the company. We want this piece of junk removed along with a full refund. The water softener system installation went smoothly. Mike offered a couple of solutions for the placement of the reverse osmosis system and we then selected the approach which would best fit our needs. After we made that decision, the installation went quickly without any problems. We were very pleased with Mike's knowledge and expertise and are satisfied with the results.

Mike was extremely courteous and his presentation very insightful. I was sold on the unit as soon as he was done and knew I didn't want to quote any other water softener company. Jason showed up ahead of schedule to install the system and explained how he would be doing everything from start to finish. He cleaned up after finishing the job and just had a great attitude all the while he was in my home. Thanks guys!

The installation went smoothly. I wanted the salt tank in the garage and the softener unit in the basement so that I did not have to carry the 40# bags of salt downstairs. There were very accommodating. Everything is working well and we have had no issues with system performance.

Aqua Systems installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system in a our newly built home. From beginning to end they were very professional and helpful. I believe Mike was the one who came out to do the water test and evaluation on what system would work best for us. He actually gave us a few options and explained the differences with each option. He was very helpful and professional. Because of delays with our home builder, we did not install our system until a month or two after he came out. They were booked up for 2 weeks past the time we were looking to have the system installed. They said they would do everything they could to try and move us up on the schedule. They were able to move us up on the schedule and get our system installed the day we need to have it completed!! I do not remember our installers name but he was FANTASTIC. Very professional, polite and very cautious on our new hardwood floors. He explained all of the feature of the water softener and the RO system. These new water softeners are pretty neat. They show instant water flow and a whole bunch of other things that I thought were interesting. Also, after the sale and install, we had a few questions about our water and when we called, they had an answer for us immediately. Their pricing is comparable to other companies that I received quotes from but I went with them because of their excellent review on Angie's List and I am glad we did. I would highly recommend Aqua Systems!!
