The sales process was good. We shopped around. we found Tom to be knowledgeable and we were able to get a good price for all the above items. We purchased delivery, installation and haul away. H.H. Gregg called us the night before to give us a delivery window of 3 hours. There were 2 different delivery/installers for the 4 appliances. Both installers were on time. The entire delivery and installation process took a little more than 2 hours. The delivery persons were pleasant and knowledgeable. The entire sales to installation process was good. We would buy other appliances from H.H. Gregg.

The sales people were courteous and the place was nice and clean. I did a comparison and their pricing was the best. They also did very good follow up, and the people who came out and set the appliances up, gave detailed explanation on how it works. I have been satisfied with their service.

We had a power outage and the refrigerator was not cold and I called on a Thursday afternoon, they reputed the call to a GE service call and they were at our home Saturday morning at 8:00 A.M. They called ahead and the service from GE was very impressive. This was all through HH Gregg. The sales staff I have worked with were very good and prices were good too.

THEY TOLD US ABOUT THE NEW HOME PURCHASE OR BUILDERS DISCOUNT WHICH SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY. THEY WERE ALSO VERY ACCOMMODATING ON THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULING. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I HAD TO SCHEDULE TWO DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS TO DELIVER THE TWO DIFFERENT APPLIANCES, BECAUSE ONE WAS BEING INSTALLED AND ONE WASN'T. I THOUGHT THAT WAS SOMEWHAT INCONVENIENT.

WE WERE TOLD THEY'D CALL 20 MINUTES BEFORE THEY WERE DUE. WHEN THE DELIVERY DAY CAME THEY DID CALL 20 MINUTES AHEAD BUT THE INSTALLATION WAS A 4HR BLOCK OF TIME WE HAD TO WAIT. INSTALLERS WERE NOT ABLE TO DO INSTALLS. WE RETURNED EVERYTHING BUT STOVE. KL
