He also tuck pointed several areas around the house that I pointed out to him and he also tuck pointed other areas that he saw needing this work done. Bob is very professional. He called me prior to beginning the job to let me know the date and time that he would start. Once he started, he provided me with pictures inside the chimney to show the current condition. In addition to tuck pointing the chimney, he applied a acid wash to clean the effervescence that had built up. He also applied a sealer to the chimney. It took him two days to complete the job. He also corrected me from overpaying him based on our contract. He's a good guy, hard working and very honest. I would definitely recommend him to others."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "I observed water stain on ceiling in my laundry room. I called Jaime and asked him to figure out where it was coming from. I had used him successfully in the past to have a storm door installed. He inspected the roof and found that the rubber seal round the vent pipe for the drain had decayed and that's where the water was getting in. He replaced the seal then gave me a roof inspection. He looked at the other vent pipe on other side of house and found the seal was okay but put some caulk on it to make it last longer. He also looked at the attic vents and found that one of them had loose nails, so he nailed it down tight and sealed the nails. He said the rest of the roof looked okay. He is a good guy. Friendly and nice to talk to.

"Everything went well.  The branches in contact with my roof were cut off and disposed in time for trash pickup day.  No apparent problems.  Also, Peter noticed from the last time he came and checked my roof that one of my gutter downspout caps needed to be repaired, so he fixed it (and did a very nice job with the patching). "Chimney flues were replaced. Brick at the top of chimney was replaced - matches nicely.  Front steps were rebuilt with new brick and using the original sandstone tops. Mortar was dyed to match existing mortar.  Great job!
