"I had two previous repair men and they didn’t go through the entire system like Stan did. He found that there was 3 sensors could have been an issue and he found the one was frozen. After deicing it he found that it was bad. He replaced it and spent as much time as was needed to repair the problem. The other two tried one thing and they both failed although the one did clean the coils as a measure. Stan was very professional and even called to discuss the issue with another technician. I would definitely recommend him to others"

"Excellent! I called Thompson's Masonry for an estimate on chimney work. Bob came out within 45 minutes of the phone call and determined that we needed some repairs on our chimney, not a complete rebuild as had been told to us by other companies that had come out (rebuild prices ranging from $1500 to over $4000!). He also pointed out some tuckpointing that needed done on other brick on our house. He said he could do the work the next day. The price and timing were perfect, so we hired him. He showed up the next morning when he said he would (he was even a little early...bonus points!) and worked all day. He communicated with me throughout the day re: the progress.
