He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. "Based on concerns of the home inspector, I hired a structural engineer to check out the house I was considering. I have no experience with home ownership and wanted assurance I was making a good decision for my son and my first home. My realtor gave me a list of structural engineers he worked with in the past. Tracy was my second call. I left a voicemail for the first person and did not get a return call. Tracy answered the phone, asked questions I could understand and answer and an appointment was made only a few days later. I met him and my realtor at the house. Tracy was extremely prompt and got immediately to work. I appreciated how he checked out every area of the home, not just the ones identified by the building inspector. He took the time to explain to me in terms I could understand, any areas of concerns and how to fix them, without me feeling talked down to. His written report came quickly and I felt confident proceeding with the sale. I would Use Tracy again and will recommend him to others."

I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
