Surveyors are fully licensed and insured and have worked on everything from Ohio Department of Transportation projects to traffic signal inspection. They possess the knowledge and know-how to guarantee satisfaction at every level. QCM isn't just a management company. If I could give this company a ten star rating I would. QCM was beyond professional. I was selling an 80 acre farm and needed to have it surveyed before we could close on the sale. I contacted QCM and explained my time constraint. They worked diligently, professionally, tirelessly and patiently to get the survey finished and approved by the county in record time. I highly recommend QCM. Every single person I spoke and dealt with was so friendly and professional. I called Ty so many times and he was always so nice and patient when answering my questions. I also spoke with a couple of the surveyors and they were also wonderful.

I needed a survey done to locate & mark the corners & boundary lines on a property I recently purchased located in a very old neighborhood so I could erect a new privacy fence along the sides and back of my property. Quality Construction Management’s service was awesome. They were prompt, polite, reliable, reasonably priced and very efficient – a big shout out to Ty you are wonderful THANK YOU! The surveyor was just as awesome - he arrived on time and explained the processes to me and he also was able to pin/stake the property lines/corners by the end of the day.

Ty Jennings, the operational manager, was very professional, quick to respond to any questions, and easy to work with. Justin, the guy who completed the survey was also very polite, professional, and very thorough. Overall the company was easy to work with and I really appreciated their professionalism. We had a pretty complex situation in that we wanted to combine four smaller lots into one, with an old alley running down the middle. Two of the lots were on one side and two on the other side. QCM had to do a lot of research regarding whether the alley was officially abandoned or not, and kept us up to date on the progress they were making throughout. Although the job took longer than anticipated, it was not a problem, as the delays were unavoidable, and the results outstanding. After the survey pins were installed, the technician walked us through the property and explained everything thoroughly. The new plat arrived in a timely fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to hire QCM again.

Fantastic customer service, workers were timely, and very polite, took time with me and my wife to answer some questions we had, and thoroughly explained to us what they would be doing. Service was prompt (sooner than expected, which was a relief, since we were having a fence installed; made for a smooth process). They were also very courteous, and called ahead the day before, each time they came to our house, which was very appreciated as it made it possible, for me to work my schedule so that I could be home when they came. Just want to say THANK YOU for the EXCELLENT service! We'll definitely be using your company again, if for any reason we need additional work done in the future!

I met this company at the Cincinnati Home and Garden show. I was in need of a survey for my dogs but wasn't really sure what I needed to do. They walked me through the process and I gave them my information. I had the survey done within 2 weeks and the surveyors were friendly.
