We love are newly remodeled kitchen, utility room and bar area. American Home Remodeling had previously done a bathroom remodel for us with outstanding results. When Chris indicated that they could complete a full kitchen remodel in 8 weeks while we were in Florida for the winter we immediately booked the job. Our only requirement was that Ben, Cami and John would do the work since they had done such a great job on the bathroom remodel. We were able to follow the progress on the kitchen remodel using face time with Ben. Chris King gave us great advice on selecting everything needed for both projects. We couldn't be happier.

We've worked with All American twice in the last 3 years. In 2020 they did a total remodel of our principal bathroom, including providing extensive help with the design choices. The craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding, leading us to refer several friends to them and to also work with them to have a second bathroom remodeled this past December. We love both bathrooms and the compliments we get on them. We will continue to strongly recommend All American.

Our kitchen remodel project went so smoothly. Chris exuded confidence, leadership, and efficiency throughout the process. Phil was assigned as our project manager. Phil’s skill and artistry were evident. He set daily goals and did his best to meet them. He and Sean, his assistant, were dependable, trustworthy and professional in our home. We love our new kitchen and give them an A+.

All American Home Remodeling, Inc did a complete gutting and remodel of my outdated kitchen this year (2020). Chris and his staff made the planning part painless. Professional, excellent quality work. The project came in on budget. The work crew are all employees, Chris the owner does not use subcontractors making scheduling and accountability issues non existatant. Our lead, Jay Montgomery, was always on time. He was so meticulous in his work making everthing he did perfect. Each day he left the job clean and picked up. He always listened to our thoughts and problems and fixed them as did Chris. He made sure we were comfortable replacing our toilet each day so we didnt have to hike down the hall at night. He also reinstalled the sink and cooktop after the countertops were removed for our comfort, we were never without a kitchen during the remodel. We also replaced our floors with luxury vinyl and the installer Jared did an outstanding job. Mike, Jay's apprentice also showed an excellent work ethic and attention to detail. We highly recommend All American. Our neighbors have contracted with them also for a similar remodel which speaks volumes.

We remodeled our kitchen and mudroom with All-American. Our experience was great from the beginning to the end! Chris gave us a quote that was reasonable and did his best to stick to it. Kelly helped us design our space and went through several drafts as our vision changed. This project took 3-4 months to complete and the guys on our team were reliable, honest, hardworking, polite and flexible. We have two young children and a neighborhood full of kids. The work was done during the summer and Chad, our team leader was so thoughtful and careful with the children who were around. All American uses their own staff for the whole job. Chad was there every day and saw our project from through to the end and Chris stopped in about weekly to check the progress. Chad had 15+ years of construction experience and it showed. All American uses the expertise of their staff as well, calling in specialists for plumbing, flooring and electric as needed. Chad was patient and willing to work with us to tweak our project as needed. He talked us through our options and guided us to local or online resources to select our materials. All American has good working relationships with local distributors demonstrating their professionalism as a business partner too. Our kitchen and mudroom turned out beautiful and transformed our spaces into rooms that are much more useful for our family.

Our overall experience was amazing. Chad was our lead contractor and he did an amazing job. We had a complete gut of our Master Bathroom. Had the shower made bigger and we absolutely love it. All the bells and whistles that we wanted. Chris was so understanding and very professional. We had a few minor issues with electrical and plumbing and we are so glad they were identified and fixed properly. We will definitely used them again in the future.

There aren’t enough words to say how completely satisfied we were, dealing with this company! Chris King was a pleasure to work with. We had gotten 3 estimates; Chris gave us a detailed proposal of the work he would do, with time to make up our minds and no pressure! Communication was excellent – phone calls or e-mails were answered promptly, and he even visited about 2 weeks ahead of the work actually beginning, with the young man who would be doing our job. Right from the start, when Chad did the demolition work – it was the neatest demolition we’ve ever seen! All the old material was neatly stacked in the garage, and hauled away promptly when he finished. He was pleasant, professional, and a hard worker – a pleasure to deal with. Jay did the actual remodel, and we couldn’t have wished for anyone better! We had been told that he would be the one working only on our job until it was completed, and that was what happened. He arrived promptly every day when he said he would, and has a marvelous work ethic. He just worked solidly all day, barely taking time to eat lunch, and the quality of his work was beyond reproach. He dealt with an unexpected plumbing problem right at the beginning of the work with the attitude “not a problem – we can fix this” and he did – admirably! The plumbing work added $300 to the cost which, in light of the repair he did, we considered a bargain! Work was begun on August 14, 2018, and concluded August 31 with our garage, where he had been working, cleaner than when he started. We recommend this company without reservation, and will definitely employ them for any future remodel.

Overall went very well with excellent quality workmanship high grade materials and excellent responsiveness of the workers to questions/concerns. Selection of tile and cabinets was easy at The showroom. Granite supplier was easy to work with and quality very high (Dark Star).

Excellent, John was on time every day, cleaned up each evening. Kept in constant communicated at all times. Excellent finish product.

Went very well. Did the work requested and did it within 1% of the budget.

Richard King himself did all the doors and 90% of the trim.  Work is excellent using quality parts and processes.
My master bath was completely redone also.  Richard did not perform any of the work, but his crew.  The crew did and excellent job using quality materials.  Small details are paid attention to and any issues or problems that arose were fixed correctly.
We had several hickups related to someone becoming ill on his crew, which changed the nature of the remodel.  Richard overcame the issue to OUR advantage.  The only real inconvenience was the additional time to complete.
I do have one complaint.  The painting services provided by the crew is subpar and even when work was redone at our request there still was issues.

Work was completely professional with great concern for protecting existing area. Very reliable worker, Darryl, arrived on time every day and communicated every step. Owner Chris helped with styling and decision making. You might find cheaper, but you won't find better!

As background we met with 3 contractors recommended on Angieslist. We met with all 3 and felt all 3 could do the job but pricing varied and 2 off the 3 didn't provide great detail. AAHR pricing was similar to one of the contractors but what stood out was the detail in the proposal. All the materials were called out to include manufacture and model #'s. The tasks to be performed were called out and a schedule was also provided.

This separates the guesses with facts of what is to be done. We choose AAHR.

We met and agreed to the work in late April with a start date of 23 June. We were called the week before and cautioned that the start date would be a few days later. Chris King the owner had a meeting with our craftsman Darryl to make sure we knew who would be onsite. Darryl arrived on the 26th of June and began demo of the bathroom. We did not do a complete remodel but close. The master bath whirlpool, vanity, mirror, vanity top, shower, toilet and floor in the toilet/ shower area were all removed and replaced. We also had a Rinnai instant hot water system installed directly below the master bathroom in our mechanical room. Our house had the water heater installed at the opposite end of the house and it always took a long time to get hot water.

The removal was done carefully and Chris King in his proposal to us laid out all the materials planned to be used. We were offered the opportunity to substitute what we wanted and just remove the costs from the material list. We did substitute a few items that we wanted to use. The project was finished with the exception of the exhaust fan for the other bathroom and a few small odds and ends like mirror delivery being late due to the mirror being damaged in shipping and not AAHR fault.

I used the term craftsman to identify Darryl the onsite worker because work was done was precise and with very good quality and construction. I am an engineer by trade and know what good construction looks like. We worked well with AAHR and had no issues throughout the process (except like everyone else we would like it done faster).

AAHR finished just a few days late of the 5 week schedule which was excellent compared to all of our other remodeling efforts. Darryl returned and installed the exhaust fan/ light a few weeks later when he had time between jobs and that was not the master but a main bathroom.

When more personnel were required like carrying the bathtub to the master bath added help was provided.

All in all this was an excellent experience. I caution anyone undertaking this type of remodeling to know that they will need to have the home completely cleaned and ducts cleaned too because of dust. Darryl was very careful and installed an exhaust fan the entire job but it is just a fact of life to plan for this.

Cost for the work was slightly under budget since we purchased a few items otherwise we would have been exactly on budget and very close for schedule too.

Highly recommend AAHR and would use them again.

A problem caused in that our sewage drain had to be replaced costing an additional $5,000 and a second contractor.  The other work was slot but steady.  The final results were excellent!!!

Our new kitchen is beautiful. The cabinets are gorgeous. Because they are custom made we were able to make some a little wider or deeper to give us more room. The back side of the peninsula is also finished as well as the ends of the cabinets. John is great, very professional. He does a wonderful job on everything and takes care of a lot of details to make sure everything is just right. This is our fifth job with All American. We have had our master bath and hall bath done by them, as well as a couple of smaller jobs. We have been very satisfied with all of the work, obviously!

As I mentioned above, my remodel was done to my satisfaction and done correctly.  While it may have taken a little longer than one would like, I know I have received quality work.  I liked what products this company offered and know everything done was done the way it should be.  I saw no shortcuts or methods used to just get the job completed.  These guys are very conscientious and care about how they perform.  They do what the customer wants and will even correct something if you are not happy or satisfied.  For instance, I did not advise my worker (Jay) on how high to place my closet rod and shelves.  He placed them substantially higher than what I would like.  I said I could live with this but he did not hesitate to lower the placement by about 5 inches.  Now I can reach everything better and I'm much happier.  Another area Jay helped in was in the heating department.  While the initial room did not have heat in it, a state of the art unit was installed on the wall.  While this produces needed heat it was not enough to handle the extreme cold of the current winter.  Jay suggested we get additional radiant heat in 4' and 8' sections.  These additional heat sources  provided the extra heating the room needed and it's now very comfortable.  Things like this really matter when you are counting on someone to satisfy you and this company really strives to make you happy.  No problem to change or correct things.  I even noticed  that Jay would correct something if he wasn't happy with it.  He likes to make things nice and will fix anything if you are not happy.  I liked what these guys did so much that I contracted them to redo the rest of my house.  They are going to do electric work, drywall, lighting and floors.  My whole remodel should be complete by late April.  I really am confident everything will be done to my satisfaction and done correctly.  Making the customer happy is AAHR's number one goal and so far they have not disappointed.  I recommend them to anyone out there who needs a new bathroom, master bedroom, kitchen or basic room renovation to contact  them for beautiful work and quality materials.  They will not disappoint anyone!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND All American Home Remodeling.  They were excellent !!!  I would have them come back and redo another room in my HOME without hesitation !!!

The process started with Chris King coming to our home, sitting down with my wife and I, and finding out what we wanted in our new kitchen.  He then walked through our kitchen taking measurements, asking questions, listening to what we wanted and giving ideas of how to make it work.  Then he sat down with us and explained the process and told us what to expect.  The key thing being that he does not sub contract any of the work out ? all the work is done by his team. 

We had 3 remodelers come look at our kitchen, and listen to what we wanted, and I must say ? we were most impressed with Chris King.  We were extremely happy when he had the lowest quote to do the job .

His team of Mike, Debbie, and Jay did all of the work.  They showed up at 8:00 AM every morning and worked to around 5:00 PM.  They were extremely skilled, friendly, and accommodating !!!  We felt very comfortable with them in our home for 5 weeks ? they became part of the family (truth).  Their attention to detail was UNBELIEVABLE.  They truly did a professional job. 

The kitchen was stripped right back to the studs (walls and ceiling), and the floor was taken up.  The kitchen was rebuilt from scratch ? including plumbing, wiring, flooring, doors, walls and customer made cabinets with a recycled glass countertop.  The team took great lengths to try and keep the dust / mess confined to the kitchen area and were successful.

Rick and his team custom made all of our cabinets, and counter tops.  To be honest, they came out better than we expected.  We chose the material, and colors, and the AAHR Team delivered the final product.

The whole AAHR Team had a ?can do / will do? attitude which made them extremely easy to work with.  We were dreading having our home torn apart for 5 ? 6 weeks, but the AAHR Team made it feel pretty good.   I just cannot say enough about them !!!!  We asked for a couple of tweaks while the project was under way, and the answer was always ? sure.

The best part is now when family and friends come to visit us, and see our new kitchen for the first time ? the first works out of their mouths are ? WOW !!!!

We contacted All American to provide us with a quote for our master bathroom demolition and complete remodel.  Chris contacted me very quickly and set up a time to come out to provide an estimate. While at the house he provided us with information about his company, the timeline for the job, offered suggestions and alleviated our fears about our water damaged floor.  We had the estimate within a week and upon signing with All American, Chris came out again to go over the estimate in detail and answered any questions we had.  I cannot stress enough the time Chris spent with us to go over every detail and to make sure we had a clear understanding of the job.
A week prior to the job starting, Chris introduced us to Jon who would be completing the job.  The job took 2 ½ weeks, during that time Jon left us notes regarding progress of the job, he also let us know if there was any change to his schedule (i.e. he would be late or only able to work half day).  Jon always cleaned up every day and left everything neat and organized.  Once the bathroom was completed it was a beautiful and we could not be happier.  Both Chris and Jon assured us if there were any problems to please contact them and they would come out and fix it.  We will definitely use All American again.

They were punctual, they left the house clean when they left.  They were very impressive.  The price was reasonable and the quality was good.  I will use them again in the future.
