The ladies I spoke with to set up the appointment were very friendly and kind. The tech that arrived was timely and very helpful. He removed our old sump pump and replaced it with a new one. The only reason I am rating them a B instead of an A is because we could not believe how high the cost was for this project. Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place.
