"Someone came out to the house, he seemed to be a nice guy, he looked at the heater pointed out several installation flaws and pronounced that the heater needed to be replaced. I got the distinct impression he just didnt feel like messing with it he didnt even look up the error code it was displaying. I paid close to $100 for this call. Several weeks later a different service fixed the heater by installing a $75 part and charged me another $75 to install it."

Tom and his partner Todd did an amazing job for our hall bathroom remodel. They're professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Their artisan skills, integrity and work ethic are truly hard to find. Our hall bathroom renovation (bath tub changed to walk-in shower, replace vanity top and floor etc) was our first remodel project. I was anxious looking for the right contractor until I met Tom. His professionalism and years of knowledge came across from our first meeting and discussion about our project. He really put my anxiety at ease from that point on. His quote was fair, detailed and organized. We know clearly what we need to purchase and prepare. The communication prior to and throughout the project was great. I called/texted Tom several occasions prior to the start of the project on questions of choosing different materials/products to purchase. He responded timely and was so patient and helpful each time. We changed the scope of our project adding a few more items right before the project started. Tom was able to accommodate, the cost addition was very reasonable. Tom is very organized, planned out work in detail, the project progressed very smoothly. They were so thoughtful, protected our floors and things, cleaned up each day before they leave. Tom took the time to talk to us before he left what to expect for the next day and made sure the materials needed are available. I learned so much about bathroom renovation from him. Their work ethic and artisan skills they demonstrate throughout the project are admirable. They're creative and also meticulous in their work, precise and took care all the details with esthetic and functions in mind. Tom found a flaw in design of the shower door we purchased. He took his time and studied the door after work, discussed with us, problem solved and found solution for it. Our teen boys are really enjoys the new walk-in shower and using this bathroom. They love talking shower so much that my water bill went up a bit, a good problem just like what Tom had predicted:) Highly highly recommend and we'll definitely ask Tom and Todd for our future bath and kitchen projects!!"

"John Stanfield was Amazing! First to call on a Saturday during a holiday weekend, was a stretch. John showed up within 15 minutes- that’s service! We had a sewer blockage that another company could not fix. John was patient and kind and such an advocate to help us understand what caused the backup and how to prevent it in the future. No one does that anymore, his knowledge and expertise were far above his competitors. He fixed our issue quickly and allowed us to enjoy the rest of the holiday. Were a very satisfied customer, if needs arise in the future, we will call Plumb Tite again!"

"DIY delivery is what you get from Agean. We paid $75 to have our shower base, walls, vanity top and cabinet delivered. We expected to have the items delivered, unloaded and placed where we wanted them. Instead, Agean informed us by phone that “we require another person to be present to help unload the truck.” We were shocked that we were not told this when ordering our pieces. Agean was quick to offer to keep our pieces until we could arrange to pick them up. Or we could pay an extra $25 for an additional person to help unload. Without any other option we agreed to pay the extra money. When the pieces were delivered “only to the garage” they were placed vertically against a wall. If left this way the pieces would warp so we ended up moving the pieces ourselves to a horizontal position on the floor. At the least Agean should refund our entire delivery fee. We didn’t get what we paid for. Secondarily they should inform future customers about their delivery procedure. Customers should know what they are not getting when they pay for delivery from Agean. Customers get a driver and a truck but are expected to help with their own delivery. A vanity top provided by Agean on another job was extremely prone to scratches. Agean said that a coat of car wax would fix the problem but it did not. Replacing any pieces once they are installed is expensive and time consuming. Reconsider using this product."
