This was my first time there.  I went because I went with a friend.  First, it is a little hard to find.  It is not in the mall but in some buildings behind the mall.  Next it is upstairs so you have to look for the entrance between other businesses and take the elevator up.  It is a nice looking place once you get up there.  Because of the adventure of finding the place I was a little late and that didn't allow me to start off in a relaxed state of mind.  We were quickly taken to the room where they do the pedicures.  It is a large room with several stations - maybe 10 - five on each side.  They were busy and we felt it because everyone was in this one big room.  Also some of the staff had conversations going with one another (not their clients) so it made it feel even more busy.  The pedicure itself was good, pretty much like what you would expect any upscale salon.  Would I quit going to Valenti's to go there, no.  Not worth the change for me because it isn't any closer, I don't need to deal with the traffic around Kenwood and it was just a good pedicure.  Also I like to be in a little more relaxing environment for my "me time."  However; if you live near there and maybe your more social they we were, it would be fine.

  If you saw my hair today, May 7th, you wouldn't know I had a hair cut or perm.  I feel like I may have well walked in and handed them $117.and walked out again, not to mention the $20 tip I left. I know I shouldn't have left a tip, but that is the kind of person I am. The stylist was very nice and sweet.  She may just need more experience.

The service is always excellent. They are expensive but the service has always been wonderful. My hairstylist is awesome. I go in there and say, 'Do whatever you want'. He does and I never look bad. He always has lots of ideas and everything always looks good. It is very friendly.

I've been going there for 10 years. They do a good job in doing my hair, cutting and coloring it. She's really good. My hair stylist is Amanda. I just make an appointment and go back the next month. I can do it ahead of time. If I need to change, I can call them and reschedule it that way. They do a really good job of shaping your hair and the style that you wanted. It stays until the next time you get your haircut because they cut and shape it so well. It's worth every penny.

I go in for a facial and I get a little bit of massage and all this other stuff, so I was excited about that. A friend of mine was going there and she invited me along. They were very thorough and very friendly. They were a little bit higher in cost but you get what you pay for.

Elle Davis cuts my hair and is wonderful.  She is attentive, listens and doesn't push product. The staff are like friends and it's a lot of fun there.  They are responsive and are good with providing multiple appointment reminders.  They are great with follow-up.  They are a full-service spa and salon and offer nail services and massages.

Without notifying me of options, they scheduled me with their most expensive technician. The cost of services exceeded what I had just paid for similar services in Silicon Valley, CA. They would not make any adjustments in the costs.

They are nice and large and able to accommodate a lot of people. It's easy to get an appointment. They are more expensive than everybody else.

I regularly see Mandy who does a great job.  She is very personable, cheerful, and engaging.
I find most everyone else I have to interact with - like the receptionist/cashier to be snotty and somewhat condescending.
But I've had some really terrible cuts/color elsewhere and Mandy is reliable so I keep coming back even though the cost is high and the staff are annoying.

The customer service is impeccable and the scale of hair dresser is phenomenal.  Everyone from cutting the hair all the way down to eyebrows is just phenomenal.  They do what you expect.  They are a little pricey but it's worth it.

Great haircut but the stylist was very pushy with upselling on the product end.  After i left, I felt like I'd been sort of "had".  Also, I recalled that she had mentioned that she had won a trip to New York for training earlier that year.  I think she mentioned something about it being related to how much she sold.  Guess I know why!

It's a great salon, people are friendly and the facility is nice and clean!

Their prices were above average and were on the high side. My experience was very bad. The service provider was not good. They didn’t make me for it but it was not the service that I expect. It was a really bad experience.

They did a good job but the manicure did not last very long. They had pleasant employees working there. They were all very nice. I thought the price was a little much since the manicure did not last very long.
