Awful. I only would be reiterating what all of the 1 star reviews state. Horrific customer service and even worse work product. Just terrible all the way around. If I ran my business like them, I'd be filing for bankruptcy.

The failure of this company to maintain the pool caused the house to remain on the market for the entire season. Their failure to show up happened weekly. A different person came almost every time. It became clear that the people who attended the pool had no knowledge of the technology and were unable to make it swimmable for six months. We had purchased new winterizing equipment which apparently failed, so that fresh water could not be restored. The new owners will definitely not use this company.

They knew the pools history. Knew exactly what to do. He unclogged quickly, and for a reasonable fee. I hired a plumber that charged more double and wasn't able to complete it.

They responded fairly quickly and there pricing was reasonable. Their cover also had a better warranty compared to other companies.

Our hot tub was not functioning because the previous owners did not winterize it and so it had sustained freeze damage. I did have to call a few times before I was able to reach someone but then was able to schedule an appointment within the next week. The technician removed the broken heater. The new part was ordered and installed. Unfortunately the circulation pump has ceased from lack of use. The staff has been responsive and we are looking forward to completing repairs. The above cost of repair of $900 is for service call and replacing the heater. We are now waiting for the pump to come in.

They are suppose to clean the pool. They usually do not do the sides just the bottom, and often forget to clean the filter. Today when he came out he added 2 gallons of acid to the water, did not backwash and had to come back to finish the work. I left out chlorine for the pool that I had already purchased, but he used his own and was going to charge me for it. I had already added a gallon recently and don't believe it needed that much. The worker claimed he used a test strip but I didn't see him do that. I had to remind him to clean the filter when he came back.
The visit before they had told me they would call before they came so that I could make sure to be home and I got home while the guy was sitting in my driveway and still he left. He claimed that he didn't see me pull in.
Whenever you call the office you speak to a woman named Sherry. Sherry will not let you talk to the owner and I do not believe that she passes on my messages. My pool keeps having problems that shouldn't occur had the company opened it correctly.

I called on a weekend. They don't do appointments, they just call within an hour of them coming, which was a bit of an issue. The guy I spoke with was really nice though and said someone would call on Monday and come out on Monday or Tuesday. No one came out, so I called back. I spoke with a woman who said nothing was in the computer about us so we had to start from scratch. She was very nice and apologized and said someone would come out on Friday. Everything did happen, and the guy called 45 minutes before he came.
Robert was wonderful. He spent a good three hours here with his assistant. He got the chemicals straight and the pool was clear. He suggested looking into pool self-sweepers so I called and got a quote the next day and ordered the unit (this was May 26). I talked to Harry there. I asked if they could run my credit card that day and order it because I was about to have a C-section June 9. I said I needed it no later than the beginning of that week. Harry said that was no problem. He made sure it was in stock and confirmed that we would get it in time.
Every day I checked and he never ran the card. A week came and went and I called back to check on the status of my order. Harry said he didn't think he ordered it. This was the week before my delivery. He said he could get it to us by Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. It just seemed crazy to me. At this point it was May 31. I told Harry I would just buy one at a local pool place so at least I could have it in time. My time was really limited because I was working up until my C-section, but I decided I would make time to buy it myself. Harry said he didn't want to lose our business, which I appreciated, but I felt like I had given them several chances. He repeatedly guaranteed we would have it at the beginning of the week before my C-section. I had to give him my credit card information again. He still has not run the card and we heard nothing from them.
My husband has since talked to Harry twice to get a status on this. He called Tuesday of this week and Harry said it would take 7-10 more days for it to come in. This morning (June 16) at 8am we got a call to say it was in. I called Harry and he asked if we already paid for this sweeper. I told him we gave him the card information several times and asked him to run it and would he please run it today! I asked when he could come out to show us how to use it. He asked if we wanted to pick it up, and seemed surprised that we had a newborn. I mentioned this to him several times, so it just seemed crazy. Someone is supposed to come out tomorrow to bring the unit and show us how to use it so we?ll see how that goes.
I also needed a pool cover and a liner for next season and was planning on using this company, but now I don't plan on using them.

What I disliked is that they didn't do what they promised to do. I was very specific that they do one particular service from the first time I made the appointment for them to open the pool. It took them three different times before they finally brought the right equipment out. They left the place messy and I was very dissatisfied. My advice would be not to use them. They made appointments which they did not keep or were very late to. I feel they are unprofessional. They are not the worst ever, but they are not good. I will never use them again.

We were trying to sell our house after we moved to an apartment. Since there was no supervision we have no idea whether or not they did more than throw chemicals into the pool. At one point Don Marcum replaced the pump motor but failed to connect the wires correctly. We did not know that the new motor wasn't working. In short, they don't know what they are doing and they make up stories to cover their ignorance.

The experience did not go well. They weren't timely; they couldn't be counted on to arrive at the appointed time. Their actual work was accomplished, but they weren't dependable for service.

Wow! I used them to close my pool. 1.) They left several oil marks on driveway. 2.) They stripped several copper anchors to hold pool cover over pool, and then wanted to charge me for their error (using wrong screwdriver bit on power drill to unscrew anchor). 3.) Specifically told them that I do not want any water on the particle board floor of the pool shed where equipment is. It is a very nice pool shed and particle board when wet will warp and peel. They then decided to blow all pipes out the main pipe in shed, throwing water all over shed. I reminded them that NO water is to be on the floor of shed. They then opened the sand filter drain to allow water to drain on particle board again.

Their charge us around $50 a week not including any repairs to come out. They are terrible in terms of price, quality, service & punctuality. Since we're usually not at home when they come, they take advantage of us not being there & we can't trust them. They don't perform the basic requirements for the job. They have a checklist of things they should be doing when they service our pool, but they don't follow it or communicate well with us on what they're doing. We will not be using them in the future.

The pump was repaired and the skimmer line blockage was removed. The service man was friendly and offered advice on maintaining our equipment in the future.

THE POLARIS INSTALLATION SEEMS OK BUT SOMEWHERE THERE IS A LEAK IN THE SYSTEM THAT WAS NOT PREVIOUSLY EVIDENT. THE SPRING POOL OPENING WAS NEVER COMPLETED AND WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED AT ALL WITHOUT MULTIPLE CALLS.

THE PROMISED SERVICE WAS 24 HOURS LATE WITHOUT PROPER NOTIFICATION. INSTRUCTIONS ON POOL PREPARATION WERE NEVER GIVEN, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD BEEN REQUESTED, AND TECHNICIANS WERE UPSET WHEN POOL HAD NOT BEEN PREPPED.

I FIRST CALLED THIS COMPANY IN JANUARY AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS WITHIN THE AREA THEY SERVICE FOR WEEKLY POOL CARE. I SCHEDULED WITH THEM TO OPEN MY POOL, REPLACE MY POLARIS PUMP, AND HAVE THE WEEKLY SERVICE. THEY OPENED THE POOL, BUT NEVER CAME TO SERVICE IT. I CALLED 4 TIMES AND WAS TOLD I WAS IN THE COMPUTER AND THEY WOULD BE HERE. AFTER THREE WEEKS AND ON THE FIFTH CALL I WAS TOLD HE HAD TO CHECK A DIFFERENT COMPUTER TO SEE IF I WAS ACTUALLY ON THE LIST SO HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. I CALLED THEM BACK TWO HOURS LATER AND WAS TOLD ONE PERSON HAD LEFT AND NONE OF THE OTHERS REMEMBERED ME. AT THIS POINT I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER OR OWNER. SINCE THEY WEREN'T IN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME IN THE MORNING WHEN THEY CAME IN (AROUND 10AM). I CALLED THEM AT 12:30, NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT MY MESSAGE AND I WAS TOLD I WAS IN THE COMPUTER, BUT THEY DIDN'T KNOW IF I WAS ON THE SERVICE LIST OR NOT. I CANCELLED HAVING THE WEEKLY SERVICE AND TOLD THEM TO TAKE ME OFF OF THEIR COMPUTER.
