Not only did the floors come out absolutely stunning, he helped us out by starting when we needed him, he was neat and clean and contained the dust from sanding, mixed a custom color that blended the floor in the original part of the house with a later addition, and his price was was reasonable and fair (we had quotes from 2 other companies who could not do the job in the time we needed). Not only that, but our house sold one week later for over asking due in large part to the beautifully refinished floors throughout the house. Thank you, Robert!!
