Patrick was very professional and precise in developing the quote; he scheduled the job in a timely fashion, and John and his colleague, did a beautiful job in installing everything. What was included in the quote was completed and the work was outstanding, as was the staff. I would hire them again for any carpentry work I needed done and would recommend them to anyone else that needed carpentry work done. Very pleased indeed!

I contacted Patrick to potentially help us with some medium sized remodeling projects and we talked a lot over a few weeks time then hired him and his team to remove a kitchen wall/bar/cabinet combo in order to make our living space (kitchen/dining/living room) more open and user friendly to enjoy for years to come. Patrick is patient and kind and BY FAR the most fair when it comes to price as well as a good listener and takes his time and much pride in making the best decisions on the job for customer projects in their best interest. We felt very good ALWAYS when he or his team was at our home working. We love the outcome of this project and look forward to hiring him again in a few months to complete the next remodeling phase of redoing a stairwell in our home.

We went with Precision Woodwork because we wanted the very best quality in our kitchen. We didn't want things to look "off" because of mismatched woodworking, stain, etc. Our kitchen looks fabulous and you would not be able to identify the old doors from the new ones. We are very glad we went for quality rather than price because our kitchen looks brand new. Rebuilding the overhand over our front door was a huge project but it was done with skill and great craftsman ship. Again, quality was paramount to us and we found it at Precision Woodwork. They truly care about doing the highest quality work.

This project was great from starts to finish. They were very responsive from day one and communicated well. They did a wonderful job and the stairs look great!

Responsive, great workmanship - more than I had hoped to pay but they did good work and fixed the piece so that I can take it apart for my next move.

The work was top notch and the carpenter was very kind and professional. I had to paint and caulk the door and frame myself, which was fine. Because the carpenter got lost and was a little late, he threw in a couple of freebies for me as well.

They did a great job. Spent additional unexpected hours at my house reinstalling the windows when they found one of the window sills was badly warped due to the weather. Highly recommend.

This is a work in progress with project completion targeted for 3/27/14 (because I added on to my order after commencing original job).  Wonderful folks to work with!  Very accommodating and courteous.  Installation crew is punctual, methodical, tidy and true to their craft.  I am very impressed by the entire operation and look forward to working with this company again in the near future. Special shout out to the office manager, Anglea, who provides premier customer service.  I highly recommend this company and they do much more than just decorative molding.

Quick, quality and gorgeous work. Repa naive and reliable.

Needed a new refrigerator to replace the old refrigerators (purchased 11 years ago) that previously sat up under a cabinet in my kitchen.  The problem was the "new" standard size refrigerator's are on average between 6" - 8" taller than the last time I went refrigerator shopping.  Called Precision Woodworks to inquire about the possibility of resizing the cabinet above the refrigerator to accommodate a newer model refrigerator.  The owner was very responsive and friendly, came out, gave me an estimate, performed the job exactly as he had described, and for the price he had quoted.  The cabinet looks absolutely amazing and you can't tell that it was ever removed from the rest of the kitchen cabinetry.  It looks just as it did before it was removed, just shorter.  I would definitely hire again for all of my woodworking needs.  Excellent work and service!!

It took longer than I thought but it is absolutely perfect. so well worth it.  Also, it was done on site, so one day and done.

Patrick and his team at Precision are awesome.  From the minute I called to request a quote they were on it.  I met with Patrick (the owner) at my home after work one day and was appreciative that he was willing to work around my schedule.  I was impressed with his knowledge and decided to go with his team for the repairs I needed.  He got the quote to me later that evening and I spoke with Angela who was diligent in getting things scheduled.  She even called me on her day off.  They were able to get me on the books just a few days later which was perfect as I had a deadline I needed to meet.  When Travis arrived to do the work he was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the repairs.  He took his time and did the job right, building supports for and a partial subfloor (my home was built in 1900 and has no subfloor beneath the hardwood) under the floor boards that he replaced. Travis kept me informed while he was completing the work so that I knew what he was doing and why.  He brought in all of the equipment he needed and did a great job leaving my house clean and tidy when he was done.  He was able to match the color almost exactly and the floors look great; you can't even tell I had a few floor boards replaced.  Travis took several pictures  (before, during and after) and Patrick texted them to me after the work was complete which was nice as I was able to see exactly what was done.  I was extremely impressed with the team at Precision Woodwork and would highly recommend them.  I will be using them again for more work on my century home this Spring.

Excellent experience and I highly recommend this firm.  Patrick provided a great estimation process and overview of the work needed.  The tradesman completed the work in an excellent fashion, full explaining what was done, and the repair looks great.  I would definitely use this Precision Woodwork again.

I called precision to do this simply because the other contractor that had agreed to do the work for a great price wasn't returning my phone calls and I needed it done.
And I was so happy I did.  I called them and described the job and the person there said "well, can we do it first thing tomorrow?".  I said absolutely!  One person came the next day to do the job(ON TIME!) and boy was he a professional.  Came in focused on the job, did not get interrupted and when he was finished he cleaned up.  He really cared about his work and it wasn't a rush rush get it done situation. 
To me, getting a professional job done in this day and age is a rarity!  These guys are great and I would call them back again for sure.

Travis arrived on time, was prepared with the right tools for the job, shared the options for repair with me, and did an amazing job.

We were seeking to have a wood garage door we planned to install stained to our color preference and to have the rotting, pre-existing molding that framed the old door torn down and rebuilt.
 We sought multiple quotes before landing on Precision for our job.   Though their quote turned out to be competitive, we decided to choose Precision based largely on their existing reviews on Angie's List which were confidence-inspiring, Patrick's honest and easy-going personality and willingness to spend ~one hour hour at our house walking us through the project and how to maintain the door over time and the company's overall responsiveness.
We were very happy with our choice as both the door and the molding turned out perfectly and add tremendous "curb appeal" to a house that once had an ugly, rotting door.  We couldn't be happier and will use Precision in the future for all wood-related work/projects.
We've attached pictures of the before/after with the caveat that we have yet to paint the molding and caulk around the door the proper brown paint that it requires.

They did a very small job. They did a spectacular job. The price was very fair. The quality was excellent. He came here, did all the measurements and explained the implications of trying to match colors and so forth. I actually saved a little money by delivering and picking up. He gave me that option of going to Mentor to deliver and pick up rather than him charging me to do it.

Patrick sat down with me to review the project and made some very good suggestions on the construction of the cabinets.  The communication between us was excellent and the finish product is furniture grade.
