"I highly recommend this family-owned business. From the start, they were very professional, attentive, and conscientious. They did a great job with our project. We hired them to build a large deck and stamped concrete patio, and we were extremely happy with the results. They were quick to meet with us, provided a fair and reasonable estimate, and they began and completed to work quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and I will be referring them to anyone who asks."

"The patio looked good when they finished but upon further inspection, the grooves are holding water which will break down the concrete eventually. The guy who gave us the quote said that the deck debris from the rotted deck, that we were in the middle of deconstructing, would be removed and they would give us a step up into the house from the patio. The guy that showed up the morning they started wanted to charge us $1000 more to get the debris removed and did not give us a step. We had to opt not to pay the extra for the dumpster because could get one cheaper. They guy claimed there was only 3” from the patio to the doorway except upon measuring, it is actually a 6” step down from the doorway to the patio now. On top of that the guy brought an all Spanish speaking crew and left them all day without supervision. We could not communicate with them and they brought alcohol and were drinking on the job."

"Jesse Moore and his team are frankly amazing. I wish they did more than build patios and related work as I would hire them for everything. Quality people do quality work and are willing to adjust to meet the needs of the homeowner. This is the 3rd time I have personally used Moore Brothers for a patio. Each experience is better than the prior. We always seem to run into something unexpected. That is part of the process with large projects like a patio. What I always appreciate is their "we are here to make the customer happy" approach. This project was no different, and they made me more than happy. They communicate, they show up when they say, and they deliver a quality product with smiles on their faces. Finally, I trust that team at my home - even when I cannot be present. That is a testament to Jesse's hiring and the quality people with whom he surrounds himself. THANKS for another great experience."

"Will was very nice to start off with. He came willingly and gave us an estimate, as well as picked up our $2,600 cash deposit. Once the deposit was paid our level of responsiveness changed and we were always "next on the list." Will never did build our deck because he under bid the job and decided it wasn't worth his while. Where we are at today (one year later) - a police report is being filed today. Any theft over $1,000 is a felony in the State of Ohio and we just want our deposit back. "I posted this review and received a derogatory response from the company. I am reposting it with the information to validate that I was a customer of this company in October of 2014. I also provided photos in my original post of the things that I mentioned in the review. Flavio Pinheiro would never show up when he promised. The job kept getting delayed. All throughout this experience, he kept taking jobs out of state, and also claiming illnesses, to the detriment of my job. I travel for work, and can't be on top of these projects 24/7. They never finished the job, they did the mow strip incorrectly, and they left trash, chunks of concrete, and lawn damage behind. I finally had to have someone else come and finish it, costing me an additional $1500. They used some of my landscape trim to form the borders for the concrete pour, instead of creating themfrom their own supplies, promising that it would be easy to clean up. It wasn't, and the trim was no longer usable. He hired a Customer Service person, but that panned out to be worthless. I would not recommend this con artist to do anything in my yard ever again. As to the comment left from the company on my original review, I did indeed have a contract with Maxima Concrete, when Flavio Pinheiro was the owner. It may have changed hands since then, but the truth still stands for what I had to go through in October of 2014. I have attached a copy of the contract I had (with personal information blocked out) to prove it. The date of service for this contract was not accurate as posted, but this site does not allow for changes to that field. The site takes the date of the review as the date of the work done."

"My wife and I could not be happier with Christopher Brown and his crew. I got five estimates for our project and I knew from the moment I met Christopher that he was the one we wanted. He was professional, great communication, and did a truly outstanding job for us. And it was a real bonus to work with Christopher as a person. He's a hard-working man with strong character, does what he says he will do AND has an excellent sense of humor. Not only did we get a great job done on our concrete, but we feel like we made a friend. Will definitely use him again for future projects and highly recommend him to others."
