First, scheduling was a headache. Took them 6 months when the sales person said 2-3 months. Work was done in February of 2025. They damaged the gutter guard and after a few months of haggling, they finally replaced it (in June of 2025). It isn't the same color as the original which would have been preferred. More importantly we are still working to resolve an issue with the siding. We had new gutters and James Hardie siding put on in 2021. One of the siding boards came loose and instead of following the instructions for Harding siding, they drove a roofing nail into the middle of the siding board thus nullifying our 50 year warranty on our siding. We chose them because of their reputation for quality and good service. The Service and response from them has been terrible. I will not recommend them. If you have Hardie siding, stay away as they do not train their teams on how to properly work with Hardie siding.

We purchased a home in 2019 with a roof that Feazel put on in 2015. The roof has leaked repeatedly in multiple spots. A few years ago their Service Manager came to our home and told us they would replace one section of the roof for free. After a few months, we inquired about the plan and were told they had decided to go a different direction - do nothing except do repairs as needed. We've had multiple new and repeat leaks every year. That same Service Manager recently came to our home and introduced himself as if we had never met ! He said that Feazel had repaired the roof 3 times or more every single year since 2015. He said the roof wasn't leaking but that this was all attic condensation running through our ceilings. Hmmm. Strange that there is wood damage in the exterior eaves/soffits where some of the leaks have been - where there is NO attic space - and that our interior leaks only occur while it is raining! My PhD in Fluid Dynamics informs this University Professor differently!

Installation went well but communication with sales person was spotty at best

20 years ago Feazel re-roofed our house with steel shingles. The roof is virtually as strong and secure as it was when first installed. Over the past 20 years, there were two instances where work was needed to reinforce seams - and Feazel was out at the house promptly, making repairs under the warranty, without any hesitation and without charge. When we had the roof put on, we also had a local contractor build a two-story wrap-around deck - roughly 1,200 square feet for the second story. Feazel supplied the rubber membrane that protected our house from the weather. This year, we needed to have that second-story decking replaced. We called Feazel, and contracted with them to replace the membrane. Frank Drummond prepared the bid and worked with the decking firm. The two firms worked really well together, coordinating their schedules so that the job could be completed within a few weeks this summer. The workers from Feazel did an outstanding job, reintegrating the membrane under the existing steel shingles and preparing for the new decking. They were courteous, careful, and efficient, cleaning up daily and showing up just as they said they would. They answered my wife's questions and followed through by doing what they said they would do. They also worked really well with the decking contractor, so that when all work was finished we had exactly the deck we wanted. My wife and I found that it was really good working with Christy at the scheduling office, with Frank throughout the bidding and contracting process, and with the team of workers who came out to the house.

ok, except contractor spent hours on my roof talking to his wife while working. I would not hire them because it is under new ownership and the ratings have slipped.

My daughter had to call them several times after multiple failures to return calls/show up to estimate/forward estimate. It finally took a call to a vice president to get the estimate completed and delivered.

Feazel approached me about inspecting my roof for hail damage. After numerous conversations with my insurance carrier and a lot of effort on Feazel part, my insurance Company paid for my new roof. This would not have happened if it wasn't for Feazel. The installation went extremely well and I can't thank the team at Feazel enough for the awesome job they did for me. From the sales staff, installers and the office staff, total professionalism. Thank you

Feazel was here starting at about 7:30am the day after they dropped off materials. They were gone by 1:30pm, "work complete" Sadly it was far from done. We were left with missing drip edge, nails not pounded in around sky lights and sealant placed on top, stolen gutter guard material, they broke the J channel that holds the siding on to install the water and ice dams and didn't even try to hide it. They threw nails through some of the drip edge. Flashing was left flapping in the breeze, and some of the most egregious stuff was hidden. We were told if they found or damaged roofing boards they'd contact us and give us the option to replace. That didn't happen. They also Disconnected our bathroom vent and simply put felt paper and shingled over it. For months it vented into our attic space. They sent an inspector out after the job was "done"- Jeremy- and they were informed we were unhappy and they were not going to be paid until things were made correct. The inspector told me as we were standing in the yard that he "never seen that before" in reference to the missing drip edge. The inspector only made note of things my husband and I had complained about instead of everything that was wrong. (I was pregnant and didn't want to be on the roof, but after the second time I gladly got out there and found more things wrong) They were out here three times to fix, repair and replace items they were supposed to take care of the first time. Am I happy? No. Some of their fixes will take maintenance and upkeep - the screws through the siding being one of them. They also tried to bill an extra $1500 for materials after the job was "done"(first time) that was completely unexplained. This job has taken from November until March to "complete" and who knows what damage we've missed. I was simply satisfied with leaving a negative BBB review until they decided to try to contact my husband(4/3) and asked him to remove the review and "what could make him happy" He had zero knowledge of my review, nor the ability to remove it.

On time - Got in & out - Looks great - Clean job site - Knocked a hole in siding but fixed it

For a few months I have been finding small pieces of shingles in my driveway. Sometimes even a whole shingle. So clearly the roof needed to be replaced. I got three estimates, but went with Feazel. The materials were delivered a couple days prior to the actual date of the job, just as planned. All of the work was completed in one day. They stripped off the old shingles. Then replaced a couple sheets of plywood that were too damaged. Then installed the new roof. Finally, they use a magnetic roller over the grass around the perimeter of the house to pick up any nails that may have fallen off the roof.
