He assured me their workers were top notch, dependable and trustworthy. I found all of this to be true. They always covered their shoes as they entered the house. They had to move all kinds of stuff in the basement and attic to complete the job. They even fixed a ceiling fan in a bedroom as it looked like they may have knocked it loose, when in fact it had been that way for years (Bonus!). The Costco purchase involved a little more paper work and payment upfront but saved 10% and was explained upfront and was a smooth transaction. Sales and Techs were all very professional. Sales was clear and provide multiple options and was not pushing the highest price one. Install went smoothly and was started and completed on time. They came back a couple months later to start the AC since the it was too cold during the install and were able to do so quickly after I called to schedule."

We had some mix ups but Scott installed portable units until everything could be fully installed so my brick house wouldn’t be an oven. Sal and Nick did my install and were very helpful. They were nice enough to put up my new carbon monoxide alarm and changed the filter in my furnace without me asking, just being helpful gentlemen. Now I have AC and I’m a happy camper.
