Ohio State Waterproofing admitted they installed their very expensive waterproofing system incorrectly. We had $10,000 worth of damage because of their faulty install. They said they would redo the system but would NOT pay for the $10,000 damage their faulty install caused. Then to make matters worse, when we went to install our carpet months later (the concrete has to cure), the concrete came up in chunks - Ohio State Waterproofing did a FAULTY INSTALL NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Our basement was completely unusable for months while the concrete cured AGAIN. Again, they redid the waterproofing a third time but made no effort to compensate us for our unusable basement or stress because of their terrible company."
