"I called Advanced Air solutions when I first found him on Angie's List because of his A status and the reviews as well. The reviews outside of Angie's were great as well and I see why. When I first spoke with him over the phone I felt like it was weird that I first got Mark the Owner and not an assistant or something. I told him that I was interested and wanted an estimate and we set up a date that he was at a job that morning but could pull strings to run over and do one.
