I had a very positive experience. Getting the initial quote was easy. The price was better than the other quote we got. The installers arrived when they said they would and completed the job quickly. And the roof looks great.

Roof Replacement

Tims Mid Ohio did a wonderful job on my roof. Very professional from the beginning with the quote, to the planning, to the delivery of materials, to the installation, to the cleanup. Very impressed. The roof went on extremely well they were done in about 8 hours.  The roof look great, has a great warranty. Prices was very reasonable and they were extremely professional . I was well pleased with the service.

There was some confusion coordinating them to go to the home to get estimate. They promptly scheduled and completed the work when I authorized. When I asked if there was a discount for Angie's List, they replied that they didn't belong to Angie's List. However, that was where I got their information.

They did an excellent job. I thought the crew was professional.  They were cheaper compared to other service providers.

They did an excellent job. What made me decide to go with them is their different estimate on the work. It's a smaller company and it has a personal approach. They seemed to have a more personable approach. It wasn't necessarily the best price. They were very courteous. Once incident happened and they took care of that. One of their people got off the roof. There were no ladders and he went down the garage roof down to the driveway. The ladder bounced back and dented our garage door. They replaced the whole garage door right away.
