Roof Replacement

Tims Mid Ohio did a wonderful job on my roof. Very professional from the beginning with the quote, to the planning, to the delivery of materials, to the installation, to the cleanup. Very impressed. They did a great job and were in and out quickly. Everything has been great since. We would highly recommend them and we would hire them again.

There was no cost for the estimate. He showed up with their proof of workman’s comp and insurance and all of that. That was one of the things that convinced me. Then they had a lot of different samples of the singles and things like that. That was two of the things I really liked. They were pretty quick to respond. I had to wait over a month for them to come and do the job. Some of why I choose them was because their cost was pretty reasonable and I liked the warranty that they gave on their work, and they had good reviews. They’re actually in the process of doing my work now.

The roof went on extremely well they were done in about 8 hours.  The roof look great, has a great warranty. Prices was very reasonable and they were extremely professional . I was well pleased with the service.

There was some confusion coordinating them to go to the home to get estimate. They promptly scheduled and completed the work when I authorized. When I asked if there was a discount for Angie's List, they replied that they didn't belong to Angie's List. However, that was where I got their information.

They did an excellent job. I thought the crew was professional.  They were cheaper compared to other service providers.

They did an excellent job. What made me decide to go with them is their different estimate on the work. It's a smaller company and it has a personal approach. They seemed to have a more personable approach. It wasn't necessarily the best price. They were very courteous. Once incident happened and they took care of that. One of their people got off the roof. There were no ladders and he went down the garage roof down to the driveway. The ladder bounced back and dented our garage door. They replaced the whole garage door right away.
