"Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"

"We had to call them back a couple of times for one place in our bathroom shower and they came right away. They were very nice and they did not leave a mess. They just came in, did their job, and were very professional. They were also very reasonable and of course everything was guaranteed. There was one place in our bathroom shower, which was the caddy that split and they replaced it. They are coming again this week because we feel that it is getting ready to split again and they want to look at it see because they said they have never had anything like this. They were very good and we would definitely call them again."

"Bath Experts does excellent work. They are fast, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The only caution is their sales approach. They will give you a price good for a year, but that price is ridiculous. They will also offer a 30 day price, which is less but still high. The if you sign now price is the lowest and is around the same price you can get from other installers. So, if you're ready to pull the trigger and do the project Bath Experts is a great company. If you're shopping for prices, they probably won't be the best deal."

"They came out and I had 2 bathrooms where the plumbing fixtures needed to be replaced. The 2 hours did not cover the full job, so it took them a total of almost 4 hours, which was understandable. I bought the fixtures and the plumber said it would not work. I had to stick with the correct brand and I took mine back and used the fixtures that he purchased. I did have one issue and they came right back to fix it up. The new plumbing fixtures were not anchored well enough and it was lose, but then he put some silicone around it and it has been working great. I would advise Angie's List members to get plumbers into their home first, so they can advice you on what to purchase; since some plumbing fixtures are not interchangeable."
