"They were not able to repair skylight felt probably needed replacement"

"The Guys showed up on time. Replaced the glass in the skylights but did not replace the whole unit. Now I have an unfinished interior edge and I have to cover with trim or paint. I assumed the replacement would include removing the whole skylight. They also replaced rotted wood on my porch ceiling. That went well. Their old broken down truck leaked some oil onto my driveway. But the guys were nice and professional. Overall I am satisfied though not thrilled with this job."

"John's a stand up guy, which is something I appreciate in a contractor. Very personable, straight shot, and very thorough with his explanations.
We had a little delay in scheduling just due to the part arrival and Ohio weather, but nothing major. John and his team got out here and got the leaky skylight replaced in no time.
Glad I had him out, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

"Went very well. Brian was honest in saving money by not having gto replace entire skylight. Was willing to hunt down where the leak was coming from and suggested a less expensive repair. Also repaired two stacks while on site saving potential damage in the future."

"Called Popil Roofing regarding a leak I discovered and requested a quote for a repair.  He returned my call the same day and came by that afternoon.  Upon inspection of my roof, he told me I had hail damage and should contact my insurance company.  Thanks to him, I had the roof replaced at a great discount since the skylights, warped wood and shed were not covered by the claim.  He was very busy and was not able to start the job until 6 weeks later.  Ed explained the entire roofing system and showed me samples of the materials he would be using.  Since I was home I was able to observe the entire process and found Ed and his crew to be very professional.  They cleaned up as they worked and you would never know anyone was here.  They did a fantastic job and my roof looks great.  Highly recommend Popil Roofing.  He is an honest, sincere person who really stands behind his product.  I am very pleased with the ridge vent installed.  It is so much better than the one I had before.  I am confident that my roof will stand up to many years of Northeast Ohio weather.
