"We agree that the roof took a little longer to get to then expected. But your roofing project was an added item from the original contract. As the original contract was for your siding replacement. This contract was started on time on the day we projected to start the project. Then as we where completed the siding we entered a contract for your roof. As we entered that contract we told you that we where booked out for roofs and the earliest we could make it to you was by the end of October. Again you where fine with that and entered the contract for the roof. Turns out as you know we didn't get a chance to begin your roof until the middle of November. Once we completed the roof with a tpo membrane we made it clear, that the membrane had to sit for 90 days to properly seal. Which you were ok with. We are sorry that you feel you had a bad experience as you paid the contract in full with no problems the day we finished. Until recently nothing was said on your behalf. We have responded to your service request as fast as we could with the limited staff we have working due to covid 19. Sorry for the inconvenience that you feel was experienced."
"We are sorry that you fill this way. As everyone knows covid 19 has but every one behind. With that being said, sorry that we couldn't get right out to you to service the broken piece of wood. The picture that was provided to us shows that you have 1x6 for your decking not plywood. When we replaced the roof the wood was not broken, as you and your field representative did a walk around before you paid your last payment. With your wood that is original to the house is more then 40 years old. When the wood is original to the house and looks good from the top, sometimes it may be split on the bottom. Then once we apply the roof with the nail guns the pressure from the gun can make the wood split more and weaken that area. Since our field representative and yourself did not see a problem when we finished the roof and you paid the final payment. My guess is in fact that when we installed the roof, that the pressure from the gun split the wood. Then of course after the winter and fall season the wood expanded and contracted from the weather change and that little piece of wood fall out. Your service request has been submitted to our service team and the repair will be made. Sorry about the inconvenience and delay."
"We are sorry about inconvenience for the missing gutter guards. Not only did we miss the guuter guards but you also missed them yourself when we did the job, as we checked in with you every day throughout the build process. When you called about the missing gutter guards we but you right into the service department. I was surprised that not only did we miss the gutter guards but you called almost a year later. Yes we told you we would be out within a week to fix the issue. Not only did we have jobs that where already scheduled to be done we also had four days of rain within that week. The following week we came out and not only put the gutter guards on but also cleaned and serviced the gutters. We are sorry about your inconvenience and hoped you realized that it was an honest mistake. We also believe that you where very satisfied with your job as where your family members before the missing gutter guards. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience."
