He charged me exorbitantly. He compared himself to a medical doctor who charges for diagnosis and treatment. As a medical doctor myself, I was shocked by his comparision.

He did a great job. Brian was so nice, polite, and understanding. He had a worker with him and they got it done very quickly. They cleaned up after they were done and I would definitely hire them again. I would highly recommend them as well.

I have an older roof that I wanted to get several more years out of before replacing. The leaks needed attention and the repairs I tried did not solve the problem. I was concerned that any company coming out was going to say I needed to replace the roof. When Zemco came out, they focused on addressing the leaks and how best to do it. They understood that I wanted to get some additional life out of the roof. Better yet it looks like the leaks are fixed. I had to wait until we got some heavy rains which we did and no leaks. I am hopeful it will continue.

It went great! Sealed bricks(10 year warranty), sealed top of chimney and put a cover over vent to prevent corosion(lifetime warranty). All done in a timely manner. Would definitely hire for more work.

It only took a couple days from the time that I called to have an appointment. The team from Zemco (Eddy and Brian) was here when they said they would be here. They determined the issue quickly and fixed it quickly with some new flashing and sealing some other areas. They also pounded down some nail pops. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent job! When my dad called, Kim responded promptly and scheduled an appointment. Because the weather was bad today and the repair was delayed for a few hours, Kim kept my dad apprised as to when the person would arrive to fix the gutter. He did the repair and checked the rest of the roof to make sure it looked good. My parents were definitely impressed. In addition, because of my parents' great experience, I plan to use Zemco for any future repairs that I might need on my home or my commercial property. Excellent roofers are difficult to find, and Zemco is a gem! Thank you!

Brian, the owner, came out to give me an estimate for the work needed. Came down from roof with price, an explanation of what work was needed, and that he could complete the job right then. Had Brian do job because price seemed fair and I needed the work done ASAP since it was leaking into house. Glad that Brian could take care of it so quickly. So far, so good the leak is gone and my chimney is fixed.

The crew was prompt, arriving on time and proceeding immediately to the repair work. In addition to completing the needed tasks, Brian also caulked some troublesome flashing along the brick wall, secured some copper flashing along a roof line and repaired a leaking joint in a gutter downspout. Brian did a commendable job as he takes a proactive view on roof repair, anticipating potential problems before they become a headache. I will surely rely on him in the future. Thank you, Brian.
