"My family has moved twice in one year and both times Leaders moving handled the moves professionally and efficiently. "Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."

"Pack and load was on same day, so it was a long day. I was given a delivery time frame between 3 days after the load to 7 days after the load. Sadly, it did take the full 7 days, and there was some damages to my new floors from the move-in, but overall, the move accomplished what I needed."

"Hired Hampton Moving & Storage LLC to move my family & I and I NEVER leave reviews but, I was so happy by the way Ryan (Owner of Company) and his crew made our move so much easier and less stressful than we expected it to be! They helped break down our entire bedroom sets and wrapped all our mirrors and furniture so everything was safe for transportation. They also put all my clothes In my closet in wardrobe boxes which for me was a game changer since I have a ton of clothes it made my life so much easier to be able to get to my new place and pull them right out and hang them up! My dad also had a TON of stuff in our basement & garage and I?m sure people can relate :) I was so worried about how long that would take alone, but I was shocked by how quickly they got it done! Honestly I can?t praise them enough! They were respectful & did an excellent job & I will recommend them to everyone from now on! If I could I would continue my review but not enough space haha Thank you guys so much"
