"One of the owners, Mark, came out personally to assess our situation (replacement awnings). He was very personable and kind. He gave us an estimate on the spot—it was very reasonable. We knew the job would be done right when Mark came out two more times to double check measurements before having the awnings made. They came in much sooner than we expected and the crew did a wonderful job getting them up and in place. This business it’s crew are a pleasure to work with."

"From calling Marygrove, to installation, the process couldn't have gone smoother. The sales professional, Alex, came to my home at the precise time he said he would. He measured and answered all questions and concerns. He knows his product and company well. He was quite the gentleman and professional. After several estimates from other awning companies at competitive prices, Alex was the final reason I went with Marygrove. Installation was scheduled for approximately one week later on Saturday with a 7 hour window of arrival. The morning of install, i received text updates for time of arrival, and they arrived at the precise time they said they would. Installers were friendly and professional and had the awning installed in an hour and a half. They gave a demonstration of how the awning operates and answered all questions. Weve had the awning for 2 days and are quite happy with it. We will see how it holds up over the next year and then perhaps provide an update!"

"After almost six months and dozens of calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, and texts, the work I contracted Classic Exteriors to perform on my porch is complete. tl;dr I'm not entirely satisfied with their attention to detail or communication, but the team stepped up when it mattered and worked hard to solve the problems with their initial work. I hired Classic Exteriors to replace the boards on my porch and slope the boards away from my house after a different contractor botched a similar job and ghosted me after I tried to get him to fix it. The work Classic Exteriors performed wasn't very neat, but if you're not paying very close attention the porch looks good and is structurally sound. They came out at no cost after a couple of months of prodding to clean up some of the rougher cuts, which was nice of them to do. As we were coordinating the work to clean up some of the carpentry on the boards, we discovered that rain would leak into my basement from the porch and also that there was an area where the boards dipped, causing water to pool on the porch rather than shed away from the house. Classic Exteriors worked diligently to solve these problems and even did some complementary work to bolster the structure of the porch in spite of my offering to pay for additional materials. I'm not sure whether I'll contract them for additional work on my home, but I can at least confidently say that the folks at Classic Exteriors are good people who genuinely care about doing right by their customers."

"Did a good job Only two days to schedule the job"

"Service was good. Awning good quality with the exception of a hem design that was different from the one that was ordered, but finally agreed to."

"We have a lot of sun that was not only damaging our patio furniture but it made our back yard almost unbearable. So we hired Ryan to install a new patio awning and he did a fabulous job. We love it. We enjoy our backyard much more and it was so great working with Ryan He made it all so easy."

"We have a window on which the wood at the bottom has rotted, so I would like to get it repaired.  Mike asked me a few questions about it, looked up the manufacturer (out of business), and referred me to someone else who he said should be able to help me.  I hope that's true; but in any case, Mike was extremely helpful and clearly was more interested in customer service (for someone who's still only a potential customer :-) than in selling me something I didn't need.  Thanks, Mike!
