"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"They were honest and up front from the beginning that it may take a little while because they were busy with prior commitments to big jobs, but they would work me in between as soon as they could. They did just that and did a fantastic job! The awning looks great. I have had nothing but compliments from everyone, including strangers that saw it go up. I will definitely call them first for any additional awning work I have done!"

"From calling Marygrove, to installation, the process couldn't have gone smoother. The sales professional, Alex, came to my home at the precise time he said he would. He measured and answered all questions and concerns. He knows his product and company well. He was quite the gentleman and professional. After several estimates from other awning companies at competitive prices, Alex was the final reason I went with Marygrove. Installation was scheduled for approximately one week later on Saturday with a 7 hour window of arrival. The morning of install, i received text updates for time of arrival, and they arrived at the precise time they said they would. Installers were friendly and professional and had the awning installed in an hour and a half. They gave a demonstration of how the awning operates and answered all questions. Weve had the awning for 2 days and are quite happy with it. We will see how it holds up over the next year and then perhaps provide an update!"

"Worked with us to figure out what we wanted, explained our options and how the system worked. Willingly answered and explained any and all questions I had (even after the initial visit). Install crew was efficient, timely and did an outstanding job on the install. The awning makes a huge difference on our patio (which was drenched in sunlight all day long). Would definitely recommend them and would kick myself for for not doing this a few years ago!"

"They came a covered my roof very quickly, and then did repairs in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful."

"We also had an awning installed, window work and down spouts replaced. Every crew that was sent was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Sales staff was also knowledgeable, friendly, and no hard selling. It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again."

"Great job. Very professional. Awnings hold up extremely well in bad weather and wind. Would definitely recommend"

"Service was good. Awning good quality with the exception of a hem design that was different from the one that was ordered, but finally agreed to."

"We have a lot of sun that was not only damaging our patio furniture but it made our back yard almost unbearable. So we hired Ryan to install a new patio awning and he did a fabulous job. We love it. We enjoy our backyard much more and it was so great working with Ryan He made it all so easy."
