"Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are extremely predatory and convinced my 63 year old mother that she had to sign the contract THAT DAY, and she didn’t even understand what she was signing! The first day they were scheduled to do the job, they showed up hours late, and said they “weren’t the right crew to do the job”. We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."

"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

Our main project was to install a portable air conditioner in a room with a casement window. We thought we would have to replace the window with a full-sized traditional window. Joe saved us an incredible amount of money by suggesting, and installing, a much-less-expensive option that works just fine. Furthermore, Joe readily agreed to another project and built a new picnic table bench to replace our dilapidated one and shored up our other bench. "Mr. Brocious was hired due to a flooded basement that had destroyed my control board on my furnace. He discovered the clogged drain by noting the water wasnt draining. I ask him to give me a estimate on my clogged drain and got a ** I dont know ** He then tells me he can fix my furnace, I told him my company was coming out the next day to fix it, but the water had to be removed for their safety. He didnt have a pump when he arrived and ask me if I had one! Why would I call a plumber if I had a pump? He had to go get a PUMP! He had to buy one! Never did he mention I would be charged. In fact he gave me no pricing at all, which made me uncomfortable and I should have went with my gut feeling and told him to leave! Long story short, he pumped out the water TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF to fix my furnace and CHARGE me for it, and charged me for the pump he bought for his company and took it with him ! I flooded 12 days later, called a competitor who was out in 3 hours, I had to buy a pump, after I was charged for one from this Brocious Plumbing. My furnace was destroyed again! He hadnt cleaned the drain or called ! Run for your life with this man! He is nasty rude and creepy looking. I had a security system installed after dealing with him! The Competition had it cleaned out in under 2 hours, plus found some issue&s I needed to address. I do have my go to plumber now, but I wouldnt recommend this person to anyone!"

There isn't another company I would recommend. These guys are the best around. Very professional workmanship, they actually care about their customers and the final product. Highly recommend! "
