"Thanks [Member Name Removed]- so glad we could help you get what you wanted and you are happy with it."
"We appreciate your business and want to thank you for your feedback. Going through the many work orders we have on file for your home, we don't show a work order in reference to the zoning system being wired incorrectly. However, we were able to locate two work orders in reference to zoning and both were for a stuck damper motor on zone 3. The first work order was dated 2/2/16, when the issue was diagnosed, and the second was dated 2/10/16, when the motor was replaced. I do see where there was an issue with plastic becoming lodged in the condensate pump, which we replaced for you at no charge. We strive to make things right when there is something wrong and will continue to do so should an issue arise again. Thank you for your trust and allowing us to serve you. If you have any further questions or concerns, we look forward to hearing from you. We can be reached at (937) 667-6713."
"Thank you for your review. Receiving feedback from our customers is our greatest tool to moving forward and we appreciate that you took the time to tell us how you feel. I'm sorry that you weren't fully satisfied during the time our plumber was in your home, and will strive to be better in the future. We do subcontract our drain cleanings, and do so for a variety of reasons, but mainly it is so we can always have our more experienced plumbers available to resolve specialized plumbing issues and have drain cleaners available for drain cleaning. Given that we do subcontract these calls, you are correct that our plumbers don't typically carry drain equipment with them unless specifically requested. At the time we received your call for work, we were told that a handy man had installed a new garbage disposal, and as a result the sink and faucet became loose and that the drain was leaking as a result. So when our plumber discovered that there was actually a backed up drain issue, we promptly dispatched our drain cleaners to your location. I do see where we did credit back the diagnostic fee once we received your concerns, as we take customer concerns seriously. I'm sorry for the miscommunication. If you have any further questions or concerns we look forward to hearing from you. We can be reached at (937) 667-6713."
"Thank you for your positive comments and recommendations. You made us all smile and I'm glad you are pleased with our work. Let us know if we can be of service to you in the future. Thanks again. Julie Broerman Daniels, President"
cost to have them install and new sump pump system that I purchased. Mike told me that they charge $98/hour and that a simple sump pump installation would not take more than an hour. I went on further to confirm by asking ?so I would be looking at right around $100 total to have this system installed? his response was ?yes that is correct?. That seemed totally fair to me so I hired
them. They sent a plumber out a week later and was very helpful and informative ? great experience with the plumber. He was able to install my system within an hour, and when I got my bill it was for $228 ($218 after the Angies list discount). When I asked the guy why my bill was so expensive, and that I was quoted $98, he explained that the $98 was just the service call to have him come out, and the other $128 was for the parts and labor. Now I provided all the parts, the only part they provided was a silent check valve which cost between $10-20 depending where you buy it. I wasn?t going to argue with the plumber who just completed the work, so I wrote him a check. When I called Mike to see what the deal was, he changed his story and basically told me this is the correct charge. So just a heads up to anyone that wants to have a sump pump installed, I advise you to look elsewhere unless you think paying someone $230 to install a sumppump within an hour is in line. I?m not one to complain about money, but when
you get quoted one price by the plumbing manager, and then its more than double that, I have an issue. And that?s what Angies list is for.
