"From start to finish I was given fantastic customer service and installation was done in a timely, professional manner. I had 7 windows replaced, 2 were difficult and not in an ideal location. Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. I had a concern with one of the windows after installation and Nate was at my house within a couple days to make sure all was good. I would highly recommend!show more

"Tom was extremely responsive, very kind and talked us through the whole process. His crew were very nice and respectful and they worked hard all day long. Weather delays put us a bit behind but the job was done carefully and correctly and looks incredible. No more leaks and it’s like we got a new house! My only disappointment is tiny and that’s that due to the rain our back deck got a bit muddy and was left in this state- it’s only accessible from the inside so I didn’t really expect them to clean it but one of the workers had mentioned wanting to do so but it didn’t happen. This is me nitpicking on the smallest level. I would 100% recommend Tom to do any exterior project and if we ever end up installing skylights he will be our first call.show more

"Made appointment to show tile samples, paint colors. Told when they could schedule the work and how long it would take. Arrived on time on the appointed day. Completed the job in the amount of time quoted. Replaced all fixtures...including toilet, sink..., replaced all tile in the shower, replaced floor in shower, light in shower, floor in bathroom, molding around floor, sink and counter and vanity,,etc. .Also, did a couple of other small jobs I had requested. Bathroom looks great, looks like it belongs in a new house, not a house that is 50 years old.show more

"Everyone we worked with was very professional. The salesman was very responsive when I had questions or concerns during the job. The crew knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. There was an area of rot under two windows that turned out to be a much bigger job to fix than was apparent from the surface. They did a great job replacing the underlying structure and shingles and installed flashing to prevent future problems. They also did a marvelous job of cleaning up all the debris. Windows were covered and the three colors were put on exactly as we wanted.show more

"Peter was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, respectful of environment, very thorough, and everything looks amazing now. He even offered to fix something unrelated to the project and did so beautifully! Almost immediately after he left on the final day, a paint patch kept detaching itself, not on a spot where he fixed the crack, but where they had painted to make everything look nice and even. He came back the next day and had to fuss (possibly the issue was the result of a previous mistake made by another handy man) but would not quit until it looked perfect! He and his assistant were very thorough with cleaning at the end of each day, so we could function in the rooms at night. Peter is a very rare gift: someone deeply knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I cannot wait for the rest my ceilings to be fixed by him in the Spring. I highly recommend him!show more
