He wore shoe covers showing respect for our home. Very professional and knowledgeable about the company products and services. He explained all the options available and had a sample of their doors. We didn't hire them because their quality of products was too high for our space. More suited to high end homes. If ours was a $700,000+ home I wouldn't hesitate to hire them , but a 1200 square foot starter/downsize condo doesn't command that level of quality.
