I scheduled the work for the afternoon of 11/8/2016 and the guy never showed up and never called me to re-schedule.

My garage door was sticking halfway down; he came in and replaced the springs with a different system that has not failed since. The work was done quickly and well.

Garage door would barely open so I called Kenneth at Brookhill Garage Doors. He asked me two questions and pretty much diagnosed the problem (broken spring) over the phone. He showed up at the house early and got the job done in no time. He also gave me some maintenance tips on how to keep it from happening again. On top of doing a good job, being on time and helpful....the job cost less than he quoted. As far as I can tell, he's the only garage door guy in Richmond, luckily, he's really good.

Our garage door had been malfunctioning for about a week and then finally quit working. We had to raise and lower it manually. I called Brookhill Garage Doors because of a favorable report in Angie's List. No one answered but I left a voice message. Mr. Cornelison called back two days later explaining that he had been out of town and was just getting caught up on messages. He came to the house that very afternoon. He is very knowledgeble, friendly, personable, and pleasant. He adjusted the garage door opener and one of the springs on the door. He then oiled all the springs and moving parts. He got it working within no time. All he charged me was for the service call. Come to find out, he remembered that he had installed our garage door 10 years earlier when he was working for a different garage door company.

Excellent. Mr. Cornelison recognized the exact problem when I called to schedule an appointment. He came out and had the exact part my garage door opener needed, and he replaced it within 15 minutes. I highly recommend. I have used his company before in the past and he is very reasonably priced in comparison to others that I had look at the problem with my garage door springs.
