I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"I needed work done on my bathroom ceiling. I had dealt with water damage from an old leaky skylight for years where I lived with mold, using Kilz to try and cover it up. Someone told me to give Codi a call so I did. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. I checked out his work online so he got the job. He explained in detail how he was going to fix it. Where he cut it out and replaced it you canâ t even tell. He gave it a nice texture and a nice smooth look up in the skylight. I was very pleased. He also kept the mess to a minimum.
