Came out with new faucet on January 4th not replaced stated they would be back next week of the 7th I left text and voicemail messages no reply no response I called them again yesterday which Anthony scheduled for today and a text was sent not able to do the job today or at all

"After receiving the request we did come out to replace an outdoor spicket within two hours of receiving the request during a snow storm. Your waterline was not standard size as and we didn’t have the materials on-site. You said that you were having another contractor out within a couple days that could complete the repair. When you contacted me for the second time we planned to come out again to help but we’re not able too due to the weather conditions. I understand your frustrations but your request wasn’t reasonable. We didn’t request or receive any money and I feel that we were more than neighborly."

Caution - make certain to get the job cost and description of work in writing from him BEFORE he starts the job. Minimum $500 charge from him. I would use caution on larger complex jobs for his services.

"No money was requested or received for this job. We arrived to repair the concrete floor but disagreed on the method of repair. Our concerns were aesthetics of the requested repair wouldn’t be to our standard. After receiving a negative review which was a surprise we spoke on the phone to resolve the issue and you agreed to remove the review. Our response time was within two hours and we showed up to do the repair within a week. We were both professional and neighborly concerning this repair."

Job couldn't have gone better; absolutely perfect. I thought I needed new shutters as the existing PVC shutters had faded from brown to gray. Anthony suggested refurbishing existing shutters by painting versus purchasing new ones. Not only did this save some money, but Anthony introduced me to a new color that is not available for new shutters. Thank you. Anthony. I love the new color! Anthony and his Team arrived early, completed the job in a timely and orderly fashion, and did a tremendous cleanup. We were absolutely impressed with Anthony's services and have already booked him for more projects. He is a "must" hire.

I was optimistic that I was finally going to be able to get my project done. He called and was very nice. He indicated he thought my project was something he could do and we set a time for him to come and look at everything. The day came but he didn’t show up to our appointment. I hadn’t received a call saying he wasn’t able to make it. I thought maybe he was running late or something happened. I called and left a message but never heard from him again. What is unfortunate for him is that I likely would have had several other projects I might have considered sending his way. I know folks are busy and things happen but it is extremely unprofessional to not return a call after a missed appointment. I cannot in good conscience recommend him.

I just used Anthony Smith with Elite Handyman Plus LLC to remodel my very outdated bathroom and I can't say enough good things about him as a professional and about the quality of his work! My first meeting with him he actually shared ways for me to save money on the cost to remodel. Once he accepted the job and we got through a supply snafu on my part, he was here within a week to get started. I did the demo prior to him coming in to put it all back together. I provided all the materials he would need (excluding tools), he provided the skill and talent. He tiled the walls around my tub, put in a new floor, toilet, and vanity, and put wainscoting up on my walls. And, he did the plumbing for the new vanity faucet & spigot and the new exposed riser shower/tub filler faucet & spigots for the tub! It looks absolutely wonderful and I love it! He was here for 3 full days, he was here when he said he'd be here, he cleaned up after himself all 3 days, and he worked all day on the days he was here. I would recommend this contractor in a heartbeat.

Anthony did an amazing job with the kitchen. Cabinets were installed, new floors were put in, was available for delivery of appliances as well as installation of the appliances, patched drywall, painted walls, new ceiling installed. Coordinated well with other contractors to ensure electrical work and countertop measurements were taken to ensure completion of kitchen remodel. Went above and beyond with work, offered solutions for cost saving, and was available to contact throughout the whole process.
