Very friendly and professional. Never felt rushed even though I had a hard time making a final decision on the style we wanted. Finished project was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. They also cleaned everything up nicely during and after finishing the project.

I have hired ProCo Construction for several jobs and have been pleased each time. They are courteous and professional. If there is a problem, they take care of it (and this only happened once). They repaired my porch roof, installed soffit and fascia, installed a door and basement windows. I've always been pleased. Dave gives you a written contract so there are no mix-ups and is clear on his pricing. This is a busy company so keep that in mind if you schedule them. It was never a problem for me as I never had a job that had to be done right away.

Dave and his crew were amazing. They fit us in between other jobs to come in earlier than they thought. They came in right at their quote despite running into issues that happen in a house built in 1860. This delay probably cost them close to a day, but they still stuck to their quote. The work looks amazing. From the street no one would even know we changed from the old wooden windows to the new vinyl. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

These guys are the real deal. They aren't the cheapest and they'll tell you the same. However, they got as close to a price match as they possibly could. They came out on a Friday afternoon around 5:30, looked at the problem, and said that they could show up the next day (Saturday, mind you), and be finished before lunch. Sure enough, they did exactly as they said. I truly can't express the trust I have in the guys and will recommend them to anyone that asks. They'll always be the first place I call when I'm looking to have some work done.

Pro-Co added a porch roof over our existing deck. They did a great job and were willing to make changes as they went as we saw fit. They clean up after every day and do their best to work a full day each day (weather permitting of course). My only suggestion would be for improved communication/providing a timeline as to when the project will begin but the work they perform is great. I would definitely hire them again.

We hadn't heard of ProCo before the derecho in 2013. Our roof was a mess after the storm, and after many phone calls, we could not find a contractor that wasn't already booked with other emergency jobs. We noticed a ProCo sign at a neighbor's house, and we gave them a call. That evening Dave was at our house estimating what needed to be done and what it would cost. They squeezed us in on a Sunday and finished the work in just a few hours.
They were very professional, and it was clear that each person knew their job very well. Some of the men removed the old roofing, others went behind them making the necessary repairs, and then others began installing the new roofing material. They worked like a well oiled machine, and the finished product was beautiful and leak-free roof.

20Dave and his team did such a nice job on our replacement deck. I wanted a particular brand of composite decking and a vinyl railing. After interviewing some other contractors we chose Proco because Dave was willing to use the products we had chosen and didn't request that we order the materials ourselves as some of the other contractors did. His price was reasonable so we decided to go with his company. Our new deck looked so nice upon completion and we were so pleased that we contacted Dave again to replace our roof and gutters. Again, he was professional, price was reasonable and he told us that we had wind damage and might want to contact our insurance company which we did. Our insurance inspector noted wind damage all along one side and put in a claim. Our new roof looks wonderful. The work was done when promised, no damage to surrounding bushes and light fixtures, and they cleaned up the area well. We definitely will use Dave and Proco in the future for other projects as they arise. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Excellent! Very personable & easy to work with. We contacted him as a new customer & he came to our house the same day. He fixed the leak in the roof, and then went on to fix several more trouble spots. Definitely will call him for repairs in the future.

The roof is 20 years old with asphalt fiberglass three dimensional shingles. ProCo tried to locate replacement shingles but the design was no longer made. So he used Geocil roofing compound and nailed/repaired existing shingles which were buckled. The amazing thing is that Parkersburg had a severe thunderstorm during the week in which several trees came down. Despite being really busy, ProCo still had time on a Saturday to do my small repair. Dave then emailed me the next week to see if there were any problems. So far, no problems noted. Since he agreed to work me in, I agreed to give him more than he quoted initially.

I will definitely use them again when it's time for siding and roofing. They do great work. Great attention to detail. Great communication. Very responsive. They do work with perfection, like they are working on their own house. The owner and his son are very personable and always respond to calls and email. I was very pleased with the outcome and the work that was done.
