From the very first call to Gloria, to set up an estimate, to the completion of the job, it was a courteous, prompt, experienced, and great company to work with! They are worth the money and Eric, Alex & Christian are a well oiled machine. Eric was upfront and honest about rotten wood around my old windows & he fixed it! This was a great experience for my husband and myself, and I would recommend Crystal Coast Exteriors to anyone who asks. They will be replacing my siding in the future. By the way, I got their number from the Internet. There were no referrals to me, so I got really lucky in finding a reliable & knowledgeable company. Thank you, Crystal Coast Exteriors !

We hired Crystal Coast Exteriors to add a sunroom to our house and they exceeded expectations in all facets!!!! The communication start to finish was amazing and one of my pet peeves when it comes to contractors. The attention to detail and the personal final walkthrough with the owner for our project was just amazing. I highly recommend!!!

I have to say right off the bat that John gave us the lowest price out of the many quotes we got to replace our windows. It was such a good price we replaced all our windows instead of the few that I had originally requested. John gave us his undivided attention when I was showing all 10 of the windows in the house and pointing out the damage from our dogs and Hurrican Florence did on the molding around the windows. I told him this wS a big issues and I wanted all the moldings replaced. He assured me they could be done. But I will also say that some times you get what you pay for.  We ran into some issues  along the way that caused the job from signing the contract in July 2020 to last window in March 2021, one window wouldn't lock and one wasn't the correct size. The first day when the men (not John) showed up to begin the job we were informed that they needed nails so my husband had to go get some nails for the job. The end of the day all 10 of the windows were not done. So they would have to come back on a different week because things were already planned for the next day. There was trash and so many nails in our drive way, over a handful. We contacted the company about the mess left in the house, outside, and all the nails. They said it wouldn't happen again and apologized. When I was looking over the new windows and molding I noticed not all of the molding was actually replaced, only some peoces were replaced and the others (original) ones was put back. Some of them were now cracked. Some of the gaps were attempted to be filled with caulking.  Wasn't happy about this. I have recently noticed that on the outside of my house every area near a window now has broken siding. Some of the windows has gaps in the siding & windows causing it to look like there is a hole in my wall. I was told they could fill it in with silicone.  Still looks bad. For someone on a budget these people will probably give you the best price but not so sure about the best quality of work. I will still continue to recommend them but with a disclaimer.

We have a home in Emerald Isle, and proximity to the ocean really takes a toll on windows and doors. During a Norâ easter earlier this year, we were awakened by a whistling sound emanating from our bedroom windows â and knew it was time to replace. I did the research, and reached out to Crystal Coast Exteriors â and had a long and informative conversation on all things window with Gloria, and arranged for an in-home consultation. A week or so later, I met with John and was impressed with his knowledge and experience, as well as his approach to window/door replacement. It did not take long to develop a plan and move forward â to replace 24 windows and a door. We elected to go with a combination of picture and double hung and a slider to replace a double door â all with â prairie gridsâ . Due to the impact of Covid to the supply chain, it took a bit longer than any of us expected to get the windows and door in, but as soon as they arrived Gloria called and confirmed an install date. Eric and his team arrived on time and got at it. I knew that it would be a challenging install â with â new constructionâ windows, on a 3-story home with Hardy plank exterior, with the 6 windows on the upper level that, by code, required very heavy â impact glassâ . But Eric and team got it done! The windows and door are BEAUTIFUL! They completely modernized our home â and the view to the ocean is fantastic. Gloria, John, Eric & his team are caring and competent professionals. I was able to observe the entire installation process, and I am confident that we will not have any issues anytime soon, and if we do, I am equally confident that one phone call to Gloria will get it resolved. I recommend Crystal Coast Exteriors to anyone who needs window and door replacement!

John is very polite and professional. He replaced a broken window we had and also replaced our house shutters. He is the one to go to when we need to do the rest of our windows. Very high quality window from what we had. Very please with his work. Definately 5 stars.

Unlike a competitor we met before him, he listened to our requests and we never felt as though he was salesy or pushy. John set realistic expectations for material acquisition and install times. Gloria was very helpful each times we spoke. When the work began, the crew was prompt and always respectful of our home. They didnâ t just clean up after themselves at the end of the project, but during, they took time to vacuum and walk around the property collecting trash regularly. The crewâ s work was very detailed, and we were asked multiple times if we were satisfied. We are thrilled with our experience and the look of our new windows. Highly recommend this company!

Eric and the guys were awesome! They replaced windows and an existing French door with a sliding glass door. The windows and door are exceptional quality and at a surprisingly affordable price. I will definitely use them for such needs in the future. All the materials used for the installation are of a top notch quality and should guarantee trouble free service. Love it!
