The gutter system will collect all that water and divert it to my sump pit. I was thrilled with the work done, and between demoing the drywall and frame to about a foot off the floor, to jackhammering the entire perimeter, to hauling in gravel, and installing the gutter and new window well drains, to finally topping it all off with a moisture barrier and some smooth new quikcrete, it only took a couple of days, and I couple not be happier with the end results."

"I had Advanced Restoration out to estimate what it would take to shore up the foundation of a house I bought. Rather than try and sell me Marty suggested I give it a few months to see if it was still shifting since I had had tuckpointing recently done. He was right no active shifting is occurring thus saving me money. When I get an egress window put in I will definitely reach out to them again. Highly recommended!"

"I am very satisfied with the service provided given the price we payed. I quoted 3 moves total and Moving Ahead came in $500 less expensive than the next quote before I purchased the Angie's list coupon.
After filling out  brief questionnaire via email, the rep sent a firm Flat Rate quote to do all the work in one day. I was nervous given the brevity of the questions but according to the rep, if it can fit in the truck, it would be included in the price. In the end, all the work was completed for the original price. They sent the 26' truck with a 3 man crew of very large guys (think college football players- we even confirmed that one of them played). The guys knew how to pack a truck and there was plenty of space left over.
I did not give Moving Ahead all A's because the crew showed up 1.5 hours late according to my confirmation sheet. I was told 11AM start via email(no window), the lead's sheet said 11AM- 12PM start, they showed up at 12:30PM. Not a big issue except I wish they would have called to let me know they were running late. It was a Saturday and could not get a hold of the crew via the office number so I was panicking about them not coming. I would suggest Moving Ahead train their leads to do a courtesy call 30 min before the crew arrives whether or not they are running late.
Overall, I am very happy with the rate and service and would use them again.

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"I wasn't sure exactly what to expect when I first purchased this coupon and service. I was creating a home office from an open room in my new home generally intended for formal living I expect. I had a general idea of what I wanted. When I received the welcome email and instructions, I was given instructions for how to provide information including a link to a site where I could map out my room with doorways, windows, etc. I provided all of the requested information including pictures of the space. I was very thorough. This service is entirely over email and internet.
We had a phone conference to discuss what I wanted and about a week later, I received a link with all of their suggested selections. At first, I was very confused because it didn't seem to meet my needs. However, when I contacted them about it, we had another conference call and they explained that they were simply providing a number of different solutions for each category; paint, office furniture, fixtures, textiles, etc. Their vision for my room actually was more along the lines. It was a wonderful tool because I was able to scroll through additional options. I had questions every step of the way and was answered with friendly, timely responses. I was given a direction and suggested to first choose my drapes to design around a fabric/print and that worked perfectly. I ended up wiht amazing paint colors, new cabinets and a very cohesive and functional home office that suits my style. 
I really can't say enough good things about the amount of time they spent responding to my emails and questions. They had great advice and answered every single one. 
They offer discounts to products they support so the only negative thing I would say is that their suggestions for different items seem to be based of the companies they partner with. Obviously that would be expected. I would NOT use the cabinet company they referred in the future as I had issues with them separately. Overall, excellent and worth EVERY penny spent. I love working from home in my gorgeous home office!"
