"What a joy it was to work with these folks! Put the door itself on hold for a minute and let me talk about the experience of buying from them. Emma was polite, professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the product. I was probably a pain to work with after so many questions and emails but she never showed it. She was always ready to answer my questions via text, call or email. The process was very quick. The technician came out the next day to measure and less than two weeks later, I have the most beautiful shower doors in my bathroom. They never tried to upsell me anything, only provided options that were available. I felt no pressure to buy from them and their pricing was less than half of some of the other quotes I had received for the same type of products. Don't be fooled by the size of their operation. Use this company!"

It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

Oh yeah do not do fall for the loan deal with them, they charge you with the loan on day one, 8 weeks before they're supposed to deliver the windows. Now we have a loan and no windows. They took the money and the windows and ghosted us, been calling every day to talk to them for a solution and every time they are not available."
