The owner, Mike, and salesman, Dana, were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel any sort of pressure. Mike even traveled the 90-ish minutes to my home to take the final measurements for each window to make sure everything was done right. When it came time for installation, the crew (shout out to Ryan, Dean, Eric, Colby, Will, Luke and Tyler) was on time, personable, and treated my home with respect. they did an excellent job with clean-up as well! I am beyond satisfied with my new windows and I finally get to enjoy looking out my sunroom's windows to see my backyard. Overall, Radiant Windows by far exceeded my expectations and without a doubt, I recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows replaced!"

They work quickly but do not cut corners. It is useful to ask them for advice since they have been at it for awhile and now what works. Everyone on his team is a pleasure to interact with. Dan keeps track of all the little details. How this stays in his head amazes me. Fred tells it like it is and is an excellent source for advice and wisdom. Mark puts up with all the extra work that we put on him and then goes around and fixes tiny little imperfections that I would have overlooked. Finally I choose Home Exteriors with great review and Dave is my salesman. During the pandemic windows and door manufacture get delayed, but I still gave Dave's team thump up for installation. They came to install windows and door in 25 F weather and spent most of time outside. They are professional, meet all my requests and focus all the detail. Clean everything after wrap up."
