They have not yet completed the work. They had to order the tempered glass. The young man that came and reviewed the work (Joe) was very informative and professional. I expect the work will go as planned.

He came out on time. Fixed the problem with the window. Off track. Explained how it happened. Had it fixed in 10 minutes. Would not charge for the fix. Just asked to keep him in mind for any window problems.
