"The window job at my house was going to be huge. It was a window that was approximately 5 ft x 7ft. It was located above a door and transom and was not going to be easy. My wife and I searched around looking for the right company to do the job. I thought I had them but they canceled three scheduled dates. They started the job and were AMAZING at removing the old and installing the new window. This job was completed in approximately 3-1/2 hours! Now it would not raise or lower and the tilt in function for cleaning it was broken. I could not find the company after twenty years. I got a quick, reasonable quote, great treatment on the phone, personable representation by the repair person and a fair price (certainly compared to buying a new window).
