"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

We wanted old overgrown shrubs to be removed and replaced with shrubs that would not require much upkeep and trimming. He told us about evergreens that have various hues and sizes. He planted seven shrubs, there are three different hues and one shrub that will grow taller. Then put stone down as dressing for the bed. We could not be happier. "I am not pleased with the service I received! They damaged my waterline and stated someone would be out to fix it. It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"
