To set the jacks and beams for the floor, Rocco, Sean, and their crew had to crawl back four feet, through an area that had only about a foot of clearance and that was mostly blocked by an HVAC system. Then, they had to excavate manually so that they could pour concrete support for the jacks. The crew completed the job in a day and a half and were courteous, professional, and polite throughout.
