Chimney Cleaning and Inspection
Inspected my gas and wood fireplaces. The wood one needed the fire tile mortered, but when construction started, it was agreed to replace the top dozen or so rows of bricks. So far quality work. Very happy.

Aaron was very responsive and did a great job at a good price. His assistant (I think his wife)kept on top of scheduling and providing good information. I did fairly good background and web search on him and they provided proof of insurance. His crew were very nice and respectful. Hard workers.

None of the category options provided for filing this review seem to apply exactly. Cleveland Clean Sweep replaced our chimney cap and liner, repaired the crown, and inspected the chimney overall. They did a good job, explained everything and we are very satisfied.

"Tony, we are disappointed in your recent review of our company. It is not reflective of our work or our dedication to our customers. Your flower bed structure had been damaged due to root growth. We warned you that "patching" the problem would be a temporary solution, at best. We gave you a very reasonable price to tear down the structure, remove the offending roots and re-build it (under $800). You said, "No. It just needs to pass inspection." We warned you that this problem would happen again, and you were adamant that you didn't want to spend the money. We did EXACTLY what you wanted, even though it was against our professional judgment. Perhaps your time would be better spent listening to the advice of professionals, rather than posting vulgar messages on review boards. Best of luck with your project."

Very poor communications and disappointing customer service. I had hired them previously and he was very good. I am not sure what happened but the second time I hired him there was dirt on the fire place. it just gets worse and I just want it clean. Im not placing blame I just want the job done. I have called and called and called and I cannot get a hold of them. When I finally did they said they would not do it. Very disappointing. I have had to look elsewhere to fix this.

They were fast and efficient. I just moved in and there was a "hidden" water shut-off for the outside faucet that I found, but they were already packed up.. Thought that they got the whole clog in one gutter/downspout, but said if there was an issue, that they would come back. As it happened, there was a another clog further in at a 2nd turn in a downspout. I called and they came back out at no extra charge, I will have them back when needed.

Excellent service from the minute they called to schedule the appointment. Very prompt also. Spent a lot of time working on my very long 2nd story laundry room dryer vent. He triple checked to make sure all the lint was out. Will also use them in the spring for gutter cleaning.

They are very responsive in the office however the builder or worker they sent to do our project wasn?t very happy and seemed to not know what he was doing exactly - we needed a railing replaced - to be fair I believe the concrete work he did was perfect but the railing seemed to not be his Expertise. In the past we?ve used them and They do a great job on tuckpointing and fixing old Brick porches. Just stick to what they ?do? and you should be fine. Carol in office is very nice and responsive.
