"Matt came immediately, assessed the situation, and promptly implemented a plan. Over next 10 days captured and removed 6 raccoons, 1 possum, 1 feral cat and blocked openings where animals were accessing the house. It was easy working with Matt (and his business partner, also named Matt), and I highly recommend Nature Boy Wildlife!"

"My issue was on a Sunday. Demetrius from Expert Pest Control was the first to respond and handled the situation immediately and professionally. He explained to me exactly what he was doing and the expected results. 7 days later, with patience, the issue was resolved."

"Did a greta job with inspecting the house."

"Fabulously! Ashley, a true professional, removed the necessary panels, secured the live birds, and meticulously replaced the panels leaving no evidence of the removal. The birds were later released. On top of that, the price was very fair."

"I had a bat come in the house early January. I knew I had bats in my attic over the summer and concerned they were hibernating in my attic. I contacted thru home advisor and promptly received a callback. Easy to schedule a day for them to come and ck out the issue. 2 crew members came and went into the 2 attic accesses and ck outside the house, here about an hour. No bats and birds in attic, but the attic had multiple nests, messes from birds and bats! Probably a squirrel or two had been there too, so a big toxic cleaning and removal needed to be done, 2 exclusions screens replaced, and remove/replace insolationin areas. They took notes etc and estimate would be emailed to me. The men were very professional and knowledgable. Rec'd estimate next day and hired them.Overalll, professional crew. I felt comfortable having them in my attic for 4 hours, cleaning the mess made by bats and birds! Crew was on time and cleaned up afterwards. Of course I had hoped to pay less, but really had nothing to compare it too. I'm happy and glad that I had them take care of it. I was assured if I suspect any critters they would happily come and ck it out again!"

"Excellent. Bob, who schedules the appointments, is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was when I called. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and also called on the day of the appointment to let us know when they expected to arrive. We're very satisfied with the work that was done. We'll definitely have them come back to inspect the chimney yearly."

"They were fantastic to work with."

"Malik from Neighborhood Pest Control was great to work with. He came out the same day, found where the raccoons were getting in, and sealed it up after removing them. Haven’t heard a sound since. Great service and a really nice guy."

"Ashley's expertise, experience, and ability are second to none in her field. We had mice crawl into our attic and die. Unfortunately, our attic is mostly insulation and a vaulted ceiling that is very difficult to get around, so the corpses were inaccessible. Ashley is the only contractor who could get visuals on the problem. We ended up having to go through the roof to clean everything up. With squirrel and bat droppings to boot, we ended up redoing the insulation entirely. Ashley cleaned everything up, redid the insulation, and even organized the attic better than before. She worked well with our roofer to coordinate access and repair. We liked her so much that we also had her clean up the raccoon droppings from our shed, where she also fixed the drainage that was rotting the wood. Ashley found solutions for all our problems!"

"Thought it was squirrel but turned out to be raccoon, which they don't do.But they were very professional"
