Demetrius was prompt, responsive and polite. Answered our questions, was respectful of our house and even tolerated our overly curious cat coming to say hi as he finished up the paperwork. And the ants are gone!

I called after dealing with a mouse issue on my own a few weeks ago. We heard sounds last night that appeared to be something in the soffit of my home. They came out today only a few hours after I called them this morning (on a Sunday), did a very thorough inspection, and showed me what to look for and common entry points. He looked everywhere, high and low, for any activity. I am extremely pleased with their services and willingness to educate me. They have made a loyal customer out of me and I will happily refer anyone dealing with any pest issues right to them.

Pope was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough when he came to my house to spray for bugs. It has been a couple of weeks since he has been here and I have not seen any bugs!! He did an excellent job and I would recommend Expert Pets Control to anyone looking for an exterminator.

They were very thorough in what they did and fixed but we had to get them back a few days later because we didn’t get all the raccoons. There was no activity for 5 days and then they destroyed my soffit again!! Hopefully this time they will get the female. They are very friendly and competent company and would refer them to anyone
