I provided a paper bag for a dead mouse but I never saw it. I asked if he could spray for occasional roaches I have seen. He sprayed bathrooms, kitchen and partial basement for additional $108.00. Something odd: Inspector wanted his pay before doing the work for the caulk and seal and spray. I indicated the check would be written now but not given until work was done. He had taken two checks earlier from me for work done. Why was this time different? After over $750.00 dollars, whatever is in my attic is more determined than ever to make it their home. Mice don't make the kind of noise i am hearing."
